The store reminded me of antiquing with my mom and had me wanting to bring her ASAP. You can tell that the store's owner takes a lot of pride into her business and the store is a reflection of that. It was a terrific first visit and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Their line of juice is top-notch. They've got the nic level, the size, the VG/PG ratio, flavor and the price you're looking for. Their prices are competitive and they carry a wide selection of the newest products. Most importantly, in my opinion, it is a businesses bedside manner that truly counts and outweighs all the other criteria when judging the first-time visit anywhere. They've been nothing but friendly and helpful every time I come in. I've had to return some products due to manufacturer defects and it's never been a problem. I can't recommend this place enough. P.S. They used to sell glass, but soon after they moved in the town banned selling glass. Since the legalization of marijuana, they've began bringing glass back into the store. Last, they have a second store called Groovy Clouds. It's 4 minutes North just over the Illinois/Wisconsin border. That place is more for glass. If you're looking to smoke that legal flower and are in need of something to smoke out of...Groovy Clouds is your place. The look inside is really unique and I look forward to every business.

Always wanted to go strawberry picking, but every year we miss the picking window…read more This year we finally went. Chose Stade's based on reviews, availability and location. It was great and would definitely go again! Pricing is fair. They require a $7 minimum per person. It wasn't a problem for us because we chose (2) 4 quart buckets. As of June 2026, 1 qt was $7, 2 qt $14 and 4 qt was $20. I feel their pricing is fair esp given the price of berries recently. They provide the buckets that you keep. You can either take a trolley, train (extra charge) or walk. The field wasn't too far about 10-15 min. We opted to walk both ways. The strawberry fields were pretty big. I highly recommend coming early in the day because it gets busy and the earlier you come, the bigger the berries. They stagger their plantings so it stretches the season longer. They also have lettuce, radishes, cilantro, raspberries and sugar snap peas this weekend. Everything except sugar snap peas were a separate charge. All of their pricing is on their website and their Facebook page has their availability for the day. Strollers and wagons are welcome, but no dogs. The market is worth checking out. They had meats, pies, gifts, donuts, drinks and some produce. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade slushy. It was refreshing after a couple of hours in the sun. The strawberry donut was tasty, too. It was moist and tender and not terribly sweet. Will definitely be back next year for more strawberry picking. We may comeback for other pickings later this year.

They offer so many other fruits and vegetables to pick from too, so there's always something new to enjoy each season! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable considering how fresh and high-quality the produce is. Everything we picked tasted incredible - you can tell it's straight from the farm. We've made it a tradition to go every year, and it never disappoints. It's a wholesome, fun outing that's 100% worth it!

There's over 1 million tulips planted, and there were plenty of photo ops throughout. I also love that the tulips were planted in the shape of a butterfly this year, but wish there was some way to see it from above. :( For $20 you get access to their tulip field and one u-pick tulip is included. You can purchase more tulips for $2 each if you want to pick more. Dogs are also allowed and are free to enter, but if your dog is prone to chewing on/eating flowers, maybe leave your dog home (tulips are toxic for dogs, mostly the bulbs which are underground). There are a few food trucks and lawn games to play as well. We tried the blended java chip coffee and kettle corn. The kettle corn was really good. We only spent about an hour here because there's not much else to really do.

I like to sign up for unique 5K courses, so I was super excited for this one. At 6am during the day of the 5K, I got a sad email saying the course has switched to the farm course for everyone who signed up for the corn maze course due to the corn maze being muddy and unsafe or something. But at least the 5K was still happened. The farm course was meh. It was muddy as well but at least it was wide dirt roads. For anyone considering going in the future, I suggest definitely going for the corn maze course instead because I imagine the farm course is meh even when it's dry. The gift shop was open for runners super early to shelter and grab some snacks, souvenirs, and bathroom breaks. The apple cider donuts are great, but only comes in half dozen.
