I had a very hard time believing that so we told them I was coming to pick her car up with a trailer the following weekend. They then tell us that they will be charging like $20 a day for the car to sit in their lot. Long story short, we had AAA tow it from their shop to the one I work at in Norwalk. They had told us that oil was everywhere under the hood and the motor was toast. I checked it out and found coolant everywhere, not oil. I then found that the water pump had locked up causing the timing belt to melt and shred itself which ultimately caused the motor to jump time and not run. I spent a little over $200 on a timing belt kit and fixed the car no problem instead of listening to their nonsense and putting a whole new motor in it which would have cost thousands!

I called McDivitt's (because they were the closest) to pull me out. I was told they would be there as soon as they can. The person that I was talking to was at a wedding, and he was trying to get a hold of someone else to help out. After a little over 15 mins I got a call back. They said they were leaving Parkersburg now and we're on their way. The guy that came there was dressed in a tux. I apologized that he had to leave the wedding that he was in to help me out. He replied, that he was the wedding and that it was no big deal he would get me pulled out and he would go back to his wedding. He put his winter trench coat on. Hooked up to my car and pulled me out within 5 minutes. I asked him where his wedding was because I wanted to thank and apologize to his new wife. I feel bad that I didn't get a chance to go to his reception and tell his wife how awesome her new husband is. I told the story to everyone I seen last night and will continue to tell people how cool this guy and company is. I can not thank you all enough!!

The estimate was more than reasonable and we brought the car to him to repair later that week. Excellent service from a family-owned business, better prices than the big chain stores. The chain…read morestores quoted me a lower price per tire, but the chain place had a lot of hidden fees they don't advertise unless you ask (tire disposal fee, etc.). I spent about 20% less at D & D because they don't have hidden fees like the chain places. Not to mention the owner is an actual person who will stand behind their product--not some faceless corporation. I'll never buy tires anywhere else again.
