I asked for ketchup and was given two packets for two breakfasts, yet the customer right after me received four packets for one order. I asked for ice: no ice. Hot sauce: none. Peanut butter: none. What bothered me most was the service. The young employee helping me came across as rude and dismissive, and I had difficulty understanding her. There seemed to be absolutely no concern about whether the order was correct or whether the customer was satisfied. For $6.99, I wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast--but I did expect the breakfast I ordered, properly prepared, served warm, and with basic condiments available. Easily the worst service I've experienced at an A&W. I gave this location another chance after a year away, and I won't make that mistake again. I cannot recommend this location.
