Finally got try here for a change, since I drive by a lot with work and it's always packed no time to try. Wish they kept the physical menu board like I saw old pics rather than a QR code. To their credit they have a lot of flavors here both basics and creatively interesting, only my local place closer to me is only similar case of trying to go outside the box. My sundae was amazing and all the extra topping on it was great. Service itself was pretty fast and my wait was a lot less then pictured

Caramel Cookie Dough flavor is good, might come back there also they have so many food varieties.

After the renovations, Mary Jane's is back and better than ever! I just tried some of their amazing Salted Pretzel ice cream and had great service and window art too. Definitely check it out if you haven't already!

I think the best way to describe Mary Jane's is "small town soft serve." My friend overhyped this as "the best soft serve in the entire country" and I think that led to a somewhat disappointing result. Don't get me wrong, the soft serve is good. They make the soft serve with a 10% butterfat mix produced in New York State. This probably contributes to the creamy/fresh taste of the ice cream. That being said, when you smother it with rainbow sprinkles, it just tastes like above-average soft serve. Prices are low - It's about $2 for a small and they give you a nice portion size. But it's kind of off the side of the highway and I wouldn't drive more than 30 minutes out of my way for it.

Stopped here on a whim and there was a fairly lengthy line, even for a chilly evening at the end of September. They have a dizzying array of options (homemade hard ice cream, smoothies, cakes, etc.) but my kiddos were only interested in soft serve. A little close to the road so I would keep a tight grip on your toddlers, but they've got some outdoor seating and we got our ice cream wicked fast.

Mary janes is the spot!! Their soft serve is delicious, and if you're not in the mood for ice cream they also have hot dogs and stuff. I live super close so im sure i'll be a regular!

Stopped by after doing the Hudson Walkway with my husband, it was such a nice treat for the ride home! I got the pumpkin pie blender bender and it was delicious! Perfect for a fall day!

Vanilla and Chocolate swirl soft served dipped in peanut butter shell- healthy serving and tasty ice cream!

Just paid $25 for 2 take home containers, probably quarts. Thought that was a bit much. A bit crazy. No more of that.

Best ice cream in the area! There's always a lot of help so the lines move pretty fast. Plenty of parking.

Delicious homemade ice cream. Raspberry is my favorite because it has raspberries in it! Go before they close for the season!

Thankfully we've also now learned that this is a chain with several locations across the country, including one in NYC we can visit. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and took the time to help us make sure everything we ordered was safe for our family. They really seem to care about their customers, and it was evident by how many people came in like they were best of friends that this had been the case the whole time. Inside is a standard look of grill/fryer area behind the registers, and seating and a fountain machine spread around the rest of the space.

Staff here were very friendly and great about answering our menu questions. They offer burgers, chicken, lots of sides, and shakes, everything you'd expect from a burger joint. We got some burgers, chicken tenders, sides, and a shake to sample as much as we could. My favorites were the cheese curds and the onion rings, and the burgers were good too. I didn't like the chicken as much as the burgers, so I'll probably stick to the burgers in the future, especially since I love how you can make lots of customizations to the burgers to get exactly what you want. So glad we came here for our introduction to this chain!

We first tried to stop in one evening at 8:21 PM, only to be told the kitchen was already closed even though the restaurant didn't close until 9. Not exactly the welcome we were hoping for, but no big deal. We found somewhere else to eat and moved on. On our way home, we decided to give it another try, and I'm glad we did. We split the brisket sandwich, which was piled high with incredibly moist, tender and flavorful brisket on what appeared to be fresh ciabatta. No barbecue sauce, no coleslaw, no distractions. Just straight up brisket flavor, which gets two thumbs up from me. The sandwich came with two sides, so we chose the baked beans and pasta salad. Both were absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the brisket. We washed it all down with an ice cold bottle of A&W Root Beer, the perfect summer pairing for a barbecue meal. The restaurant sits just off a relatively busy road, but the outdoor seating is tucked beside a beautiful pond. That gave me the opportunity to do a little birdwatching while enjoying lunch, which is always a bonus in my book. Best of all, the entire meal was about $20 for two people. The chef may not be the friendliest person, but fortunately he can cook, and I'm perfectly happy letting the food do the talking. I'd definitely go back and try some of their other dishes. Sometimes giving a place a second chance pays off.
