I took the ferry from New London, CT to Orient Point and drove the hour + to this amazing location…read more I had friends playing in the band that night... all top musicians and a few of international fame in the hard rock genre so it was for sure worth the trip just to see them.. good job booking them Lynn! the big surprise was the amazing staff. -Lynn herself was all over the place creating a vibe like this was a backyard party not just another venue- Dimitri was great behind the bar and the whole staff seemed really happy to be there to bring the party to us! The food was amazing as well.. I never had to ask for a knife and fork for a Hot Dog before, but didn't want to unhinge my jaw to take a bite!- it was righteous !!! the Watermelon puree margarita was my go to drink and I appreciated the lemon/lime water stations inside and out to pace myself from overdoing it.. it helped that the weather was perfect too on the Saturday I went. I will gladly make the trip back, this time with my girlfriend to enjoy a day at Lynn's Hula Hut!! - Top Notch!!

The full kitchen served us a plentiful variety of appies, tacos, lobster rolls, and a full dinner menu. The delicious and reasonably priced food was a forerunner to soak up her incredible award-winning cocktails, most made with Lynn's own proprietary brand of naturally infused spirits, like Lynn's hula juice. Lynn herself is warm and welcoming, getting to know everyone on a first name basis. She makes everyone feel like a regular, whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth. The whole place is simply the old Montauk magic, beach party energy that's hard to find anywhere else. like her cocktail book, "Tiki with a twist", it's tropical and laid back- a magical go to get a way.

While in Montauk last weekend, I stopped by Topside for lunch, and it ended up being one of my…read morefavorite meals of the trip. Both the food and the overall experience were outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I started with the fluke sushi, which I'd never tried before, and it was delicious. (I wish I could accurately describe sushi/fish in better detail, but I can't so just trust me on this one!) For my main course, I ordered the hot lobster roll, and as an avid lobster roll-lover, it did not disappoint. The lobster was served in generous, chunky pieces with just the right amount of butter. It came with fries that were perfectly crispy, though I do wish they had been seasoned a bit more. The restaurant overlooks the inlet, making it the perfect spot to relax and watch the boats come and go. The staff was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They also played great music -- that particular day they were playing country music (a southerner's dream!). Last but not least, another bonus is the location. There are several charming little shops just steps away, making it easy to browse before or after your meal. My biggest fear is it's going to be super crowded the next time I'm back in Montauk and I won't get a table. With that being said, I absolutely cannot wait to eat another amazing lobster roll with that lovely view! 5 stars for the lobster roll, 5 stars for the view, 5 stars for the hospitality!

Truly, the cocktails and menu at this restaurant are so inventive and flavor packed it feels as if there has to be something supernatural happening in the kitchen and behind the bar. We came here in early May and sat at the bar. Dillon took great care of us, walked us through the menu and made stellar recommendations all around. After having my mind blown by the Everything Bagel Martini, we moved on to share the charred octopus and Leggy's Thighs. The charred octopus was tender, and paired so well with the citrus fruits on this plate, plus the bite of pistachios?! So well put together. Leggy's thighs (RIP Leggy) were literally the best chicken I'd ever had, fall off the bone tender and topped off with flavorful furikake and hot pickled fresno chilis. We also split the Wagyu sando which I'm literally still thinking about. Wagyu on milkbread?! What an excellent idea. Live acoustic music was going on the night we were here which really added to the cozy ambiance. They also have trivia here on Thursdays (Dillon, if you're reading this, we hope your team wins the championship). 10/10 no notes. Come here if you can get a table.

Well it was quite a disappointment! The sauce had no flavor at all and needed a lot of sauce. What makes a shakshukah great is a nice runny yoke! My friend got a semi runny yoke and I got over cooked well-done egg which was the last straw. I ate it and kept my mouth shut but I would not recommend. Not to mention that the dish was very expensive for what it is. My wife's egg sandwich was OKAY, and the only thing that looked pretty good was someone's scrambled eggs and bacon. Next time I'm in Montauk I will be skipping this place.

The food matches the atmosphere with seafood dishes that feel made for being near the water. The stuffed chopped clams were a standout, and the lobster mac & cheese was the perfect indulgent comfort dish. The seafood fra diavolo brought the right amount of flavor and heat, and the seared scallops were beautifully done. What I liked most about Muse is that it doesn't feel like it's trying too hard. It's a great mix of a beautiful location, good food, and that laid-back Montauk energy that makes you want to stay awhile. Definitely worth the trip all out to The End.

Our bartender was awesome, super attentive and happy to walk us through the menu and make suggestions. I had a white peach tea martini which was out of this world. We had dinner plans elsewhere but once we looked at the menu we decided to try a few apps. We had clams on the half shell and shrimp cocktail which were fresh, then the baked oysters which were grilled and topped to perfection. Prices here are honestly not as bad as I thought they would be given the area. Not to mention, they have weekly food specials and happy hour. If you're wondering where to eat in Montauk I would say this is a solid recommendation.

Appetizers were of average quality and the served entrees were so unattractive. The cake was a disaster: no aroma, no butter, the glaze was out of a Crisco box, the filling was very salty and the dough .....never tasted such a bad cake. Some leftover cookies were throwned on tables, so old, so hard, they sent me to the dentist... When you have a name to respect, I suggest to be careful what you serve, cause this can stain your reputation, with all the great location you have. Doug was so helpful, honest, and enthusiastic about our wedding plans and so responsive to our calls and emails. When we'd have questions or changes, he'd frequent reply: "my job is to make you happy!".  Sadly, we were unable to host the big wedding we planned because of COVID (opted for a backyard wedding instead). Doug was so compassionate and understanding throughout all of our struggles and genuinely cared about us having the day we imagined. We're sad that we couldn't host our big day at 360 East, but are confident that Doug and his crew would have made our wedding perfect if not for COVID. Highly recommend!!!
