Inside is very clean and well organized. Everyone is so friendly and personable and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I love that they will go over insurance and pricing so you know how much everything will cost prior to the procedure. Also, you don't have to wait too long in the lobby, once checked in you're taken back to a room in a timely manner. I just went in for a teeth cleaning and I am very satisfied. I can honestly say this has been one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that I've had in a very long time. She uses magical words, as she describes it, and explains everything she does without rushing her work, and my boys never have tears when leaving her office. They speak to you as if they are mandatory services and not optional. The older women at the front desk are terrible. They are nice to your face but will speak about you behind your back. I called and canceled my appointment and received confirmation. The next day, they call to ask if I'm coming to my appointment. I explained that I called and cancelled the appointment the day prior. She said okay and apologized and hung up. Weeks later I receive a bill for $50 due to missing my appointment. I called and explained that I canceled. She said no problem they will take care of it. A few weeks later I receive another bill. I go in and show them my call log and that I called and canceled the appointment. They said okay and that it would be handled. A few weeks later I receive a bill for $50 again. I finally just decided to pay the money rather than this poorly run dental office send something to collections and ruin my credit due to them trying to scam patients who have cancer. Very disappointed in this company. I hope someone from corporate will reach out to make this right. I do NOT recommend going to this location.

Was referred to Dr. Louria by my dentist because I was having major pain. I've never had a…read moretoothache or work such as a root canal so I was EXTREMELY nervous. My dentist, who identified no general issue with my teeth, identified an area that needed a specialist such as Dr. Louria. Upon leaving, I called their office as I was literally walking out of my dentist and I was able to get in the next day. At that consultation visit it was determined that there was an issue with a crowned tooth and a root canal was recommended. Fortunately, again, they were able to get me in the next day. Due to my pain level and anxiety, I was able to get Halcion, a sedation med, and had zero pain, no concerns, it was a breeze. No pain during or since. Would highly recommend Dr. Louria and this practice. Thank you as I'm no longer scared of root canals!
