When on 2nd day they finally answered I asked some questions and staff seemed irritated and not willing to answer. I did not go to store because I would not make it before they closed. So I tried the same the next day and again the person on the phone was very rude. After this I unfortunately I took my business to Amazon and a store in California instead. Definitely need better customer service to not run customers away before they even enter their business.

I found a shirt I liked and asked how much she told me $80 I thought it was a little much but I thought what the heck I am supporting a black business. I paid the money and they took a while to process the payment they told me they were having a hard to printing the receipt. I thought that was strange but didn't think anything of it. I finally realized the husband and wife were the owners. Fast forward after running other errands I got home and noticed a written receipt that said 2 piece which I thought was strange when I opened the bag I noticed a pair of pants in the bag also. I than realized she had charged me $80 for pants and a shirt of which I never tried on any pants nor did I tell her I wanted pants. I called the store and the lady answered I told her I did not want the pants I only wanted a shirt she told me if I didn't like the pants to give them to someone else. I would highly NOT recommend patronizing this business as the owners are clearly scam artist focuses on a quick dollar as opposed to good business. According to the owners per our phone conversation all shirts come with pants and everything is sold in sets which is not posted anywhere in the store. Bottom line save your money and go to other places that won't take advantage of you or treat you differently. Do not I repeat do not support this business as they do not care about there customers. I will NOT be back to this business and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Went in today to size some polo shirts to purchase later online. I tried a couple on to get a good…read morefit and then ended up finding a couple of polos in my size with colors that I liked, so I decided to purchase them. As I was at the counter, I noticed all the employees wearing tshirts saying to ask them about FitMap, so of course, I had to ask. That's when Reyna, who was ringing up my shirts, told me all about their FitMap program where you stand in the fitting room with a pair of boxers that they give you for free and through thermal imaging, a computer will measure you out and give you the proper sizes for clothing and brands within the store (oh, also it's a free service). So of course I said why would I NOT try it out. I've never been good with sizing pants as it is, so I was given my free boxers to wear while I was measured by the scanner and the process was super easy. After that, I asked Reyna if we might find some chinos in my size and the computer ended up suggesting the perfect size. I'm so glad I asked about this service and Reyna made every step of my shopping experience top notch.

When I entered, the store has a HUGE selection from different colors, embroidery, styles , etc. it was a bit overwhelming at first , in a good way! I was excited to shop for my first Barong. Came across a style I loved , they were very helpful & you can tell they are passionate behind what they do. Every step from start to finish, was great. I felt comfortable, & they seemed just as excited as I was to get married in one. I felt that the value was reasonable, standard to what I've heard these go for. I highly recommend them.
