What a wonderful visit to the boot factory outlet. I was in need of some new riding boots and of course, wanted to have the best selections available. This location is full of beautifully crafted boots of all styles, colors, finishing touches & designs. I found a pair that I really loved and when I tell you the staff went the extra mile, they certainly did. They had a buy 1, get 2 free sale going on. I don't have the time to grab two more pair so I was completely ok with just getting the 1pair. The cost was $329 and when I went to the cashier, she was so sweet & actually applied a huge discount so I didn't have to pay full price. I ended up paying about $130 for a sweet pair of boots. The customer service was fabulous, they take the time to help you figure out what you lean toward and make your experience shopping there a true joy. Stop by to get some new work boots. I love the selection of not just the brands but also the sizes and the price of buying one and getting two free with an option of getting a discounted fourth pair. I enjoy how they don't have all the boxes sitting around where you're tripping over them And trying to find the mismatched shoes. Maria and the other staff prompted me to greet me as I walked into the store, and they worked with me to define the right size and style I needed to fit my feet. I was reluctant to try the shoes on. Still, Maria and the staff were accommodating, kind, and very persuasive in getting me to try on multiple different pairs of boots to ensure that they fit my feet correctly and that they weren't too big and fit my adaptive equipment. While pulling a pair of boots to try on, an older blonde woman at the entrance (the greeter) came over, snatched the box from me, and scolded us like children. We were never told this wasn't allowed, and her rude, unprofessional behavior completely ruined the experience. I needed to find boots for my daughter's courtship. I needed 4 pairs of boots for their dances, and also a good deal for decent ones. I searched online, in stores, asked the tux rental places, and no one had a great deal, or a discount that I'd be able to take advantage of, or save me money honestly! Boots are expensive, and I never really thought about it until I needed 5 of them. My sister, who works inside the South Outlets, and said to try Boot Factory Outlet. She mentioned that they had a sale that if you buy 1 pair of boots you get 2 free. I thought it was too good to be true, because I didn't understand why'd they'd give you 2 free pairs if you bought one.. So my husband called the store, and asked if they did have the sale, and they replied yes. We asked for how long, and they said this is an ongoing sale that has no end date yet. Excitedly, and nervously, we made some time to go to the store, to checkout the variety. Well, we ended up getting the boots we needed! The staff greeted us right away, and they were so kind and patient with all of the questions I had about the boots! They walked us through how they should fit, have their signs around the store about their sale, and also have a decent variety of boots. We're not people who have boots, so we didn't mind the selection and brands they had, and also didn't mind having to pay for 1 of them, and the fourth one 1/3 of the price. The supervisor also advised we have 90 days for an exchange as long as they are unworn and with the receipt, which works in my favor since 2 of the courtship members are from out of town! It saved me a lot of money, saved me back and forth with online shopping, and also saved me some stress of a quinceanera planning and detailing! I went in today (04/22/2025) to buy a pair of boots with a gift card i received for my birthday. I walked around the entire store looking for a pair of boots that fit my calves. I am athletic (also short) so I got thicker calves and need wide calf fit. Well after looking around the ENTIRE STORE (even in the men's section) I could only find a single pair that had the elastic band for wide calves. They were this god awful teal with hot pink down the side of the boot and the sole. After about half and hour I was tired of looking around the entire store and went to the front where an employee was standing to ask what she would suggest or if there was a pair in the back or hiding that I didn't know about. She scoffed and said," short boots. i don't know what else to tell you. They don't make wide calf boots." I was taken aback by how she responded and told her that I didn't really like the style of short boot and that they did make them they just add elastic to them when they make them. I mentioned how I had a $300 gift card and didn't really know what to do with it since none of the boots they had fit. She went and got her manager, who before I could even get a word out, came at me extremely defensive and aggressive. I asked her nicely, if it was possible to get a refund for the gift cards since I had the receipt, which she again very aggressively told me, that it wasn't possible and that she couldn't 'magically' make her system do that. I told her I knew it wasn't her fault that she couldn't do that but if there was any other option since I couldn't find anything. She told me," you could just sell the gift cards online to someone who actually wants them." I started growing increasingly frustrated with her attitude and I told her that I wanted boots it just doesn't seem very inclusive to people with wider calves that they don't have anything for them. She then and I quote told me," how do you think the men who wear size 6's feel or me who wears a size 12 in women's feel. We only get an aisle or two to choose from." I don't know how or why she started victimizing herself in this situation when in all reality I was just asking her what I should do since they had none in stock and that she apparently could only order things online if they were in stock in the store. How this "manager" handled the situation was absolutely ridiculous and beyond me. She was incredibly aggressive the entire time and now I don't know what to do with the money on these gift cards. I have reached out to corporate to see if I could possibly get a refund but how she treated not only me but my husband was ridiculous. She talked to us like we were idiots and that is unacceptable. Take the extra money you have and spend it at boot barn across the street for half the price and a better shopping experience. read more

My favorite place to buy boots. First off, the prices more than fair (buy 1 ($350 ish) and get 2 FREE) this means boots even out to about $150 each! Additionally, my favorite employee there KATIE has always helped me find a pair that work for me. I have wide calves and have struggles finding some that fit up my darn fat calves. But we went last week and I almost had a breakdown (ugly crying session) and she was right there to encourage me and help me find a pair that worked. They have a huge selection and sizes all the way up to 16 wide for men which is really good because my husband usually has problems finding shoes that fit comfortably. definitely worth a visit if you're at all interested in boots. Love this place! The boots are so cute. There is a wonderful selection from kids to adults. Everyone who works there is eager to help you and they do a great job handling all the people who come in. They where so patient as my husband tried on a bunch of work boots and teamed up to search for options. My boots are adorable and really comfortable. Listen, you can't beat the price. We paid like 250 for 3 pairs of boots and the most expensive was his work boots with the steel toe. You pay for the higher price boot and the other 2 are free. We are visiting Vegas this weekend for a football game but got this place recommended from a friend to visit. I have been struggling for about two years trying to find a place that has a wide selection of boots that fit a man like myself, I had big calf muscles in both legs so Boot Barn and other main brand stores aren't too helpful for me along that route. I was happy to receive AMAZING customer service from Edwin! He literally went above and beyond to help me and my lady our correct sizes and tried on multiple different sizes in the same design to help us select our purchase. I kid you not, this man revitalized my feelings for how great employees can be in helping those customers in dire need of finding what they need. So when you come here it looks like a great boot store buy one pair for 300 get two pairs for free so basically $100 a pair which is about the quality you'll get that I was OK with. Not a bad boot for the price, but do not wear them out. They will not exchange them if they don't fit right or hurt your feet, which is not disclosed when you leave, but it is on the receipt. That was not my problem with the store at all and I would go back if it wasn't for the manager who aggressively snapped at me about trying to bring a pair of boots back. I did not read the receipt and yes I should've but there's a way of handling customer service and this manager was about as far from service as you can possibly get for dropping three to $400 very aggressively almost yelling at me and my wife for trying to return a boot that I wore to the parking lot. The tags were still on it so obviously I did not wear them. I didn't want money back I just wanted an exchange. It was a very terrible experience trying to return something almost embarrassing. If she would've explained in a polite manner, I would've had no problem because I did not read the receipt as stated, but as a manager, you should be kind when explaining something to somebody not snap at them. If there's a second location I will go there, but I will never go back and buy anything from this location so buyers beware. Make sure you double check to make sure your boots are perfect, or do not wear them out because they will not exchange them. The best part is the bottom of the boot was tore up in the parking lot buyer beware of the store manager. The rest of the employees were super nice and understanding. read more

Angelina greeted us and was so helpful! She actually picked out the boots I bought she knew exactly style color I wanted they were perfect! For my mother in law she did the same thing helped her pick out two pairs gave us some important tips about our boots. She went above and beyond. My wife & I both needed A new pair of boots and she had heard a radio commercial for this place. We ride motorcycles and need sturdy footwear. The concept is simple: select 3 pairs of boots & only pay for the highest priced pair! We were cheerfully greeted upon entry and were directed to where our sizes could be found. The store is almost claustrophobicly packed with boots; work boots, hiking boots, cowboy boots, dress boots, motorcycle boots- all neatly organized by size, including wide sizes to fit my Barney Rubble feet. Their sales associate Edwin was very helpful in finding various pairs and checking for sizes in styles we liked. He was instrumental in getting us set up with the 7 pairs we ultimately purchased, including ordering a pair for my wife from another store to be shipped to the house at no additional charge. Neither my wife nor I enjoy shoe shopping, however, Edwin and the rest of the staff made our experience a very pleasant one. read more

Fuck this place. Bought some boots on the buy one get two free. Only wore them in the store to try them on. Brought them back the next morning (had them for less than 24 hours) and they wouldn't return them because they were "worn". Their return policy is complete bullshit considering the pair I got my wife she didn't even try on and are in the same exact condition, one tiny scuff on the bottom of the boot from other people trying them on. My pair had a scuff from walking in them less than two minutes. literally from my truck to the front door of my house...I guess that's how they get your money prescuffed souls and a lousy return policy.
