He was prompt with his initial appointment. His estimate was competitive. We scheduled my cleaning on 3/28/19. He arrived on time. The job was completed in the time frame he stated. Our aluminum siding and vinyl siding had over two years of moss and algae. I can state that there was nothing remaining on my white siding and white railings when he finished. I have used the "coupon" cleaners in the past and there was NO comparison. Kenny surpassed my expectations considering I have aluminum siding that is 32 years old. He cleaned my 2-story home of over 3,000 square feet, Trex deck, gazebo, patio pavers in three areas, washed a wooden rocker, and made my soffit and gutters appear new. With the sun shining today I needed sunglasses to stand near my white siding as it was so bright. You may find a company who offers a lower price, but remember you get what you pay for. I could not mimic the job he did and I have personally rented commercial power washers from Home Depot and could not mirror the miracle today that Kenny performed. Kenny is an absolute professional and I am so pleased with the work that he and his team did on my condo. I can't say enough about Kenny and his team. I spent the entire summer trying to find an affordable, reputable company to clean the aluminum cladding and siding on our home. I met Kenny in early September when he was cleaning a neighbor's gutters. He came over that day and gave me a quote. His quote was not the lowest I received but I chose his company anyway based on his reviews on Yelp. One of the best service experience in years. I have my house for 21 years and this is the second time for exterior wash. Saw Maryland Pro Services on Yelp with many good reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Contacted Kenny and he responded in few hours. Talked about my need and he gave me a price breakdown on the services. It was not cheap but reasonable (I don't believe in good and cheap), so I decide to go with the whole house exterior wash including brick front, porch, back, sidings, windows, deck, driveway and gutter cleaning. It was a reasonable good price with a discount on the whole house wash. The whole thing was done in about 5 hours and the service exceeded my expectation even the after work clean up. Maryland Pro Services did outstanding work, at a reasonable price, at our new house in Chevy Chase. We initially hired them to clean our gutters, which they were able to come out and do on a Sunday. On that visit, we sought Kenny's advice on how to improve the appearance in the front shrubs and surrounding garden. We also asked whether he thought we should remove some rather large tree limbs overhanging our house. Maryland Pro Services was able carry out both of these jobs, and Kenny provided a quote for weeding, trimming and mulching, as well as extensive tree service, on the spot. We asked for a quote to clean our house prior to putting it on the market. Kenny came out and showed me the areas he would struggle to clean (due to height), and the chemicals and equipment he would use. He showed up with his crew of three, and rarely have I been so impressed by a home contractor. He had to repeatedly go over some particularly grimy areas, and he appears to take great pride in the quality of his work - like he's cleaning his own home. The brick areas, the slate and concrete patios, the Trex deck, the Hardiplank siding, the windows, and the gutters all look great. We contacted Maryland Pro Service yesterday to clean out our gutters. Kenny gave us a fair estimate and told us that he would be out today. He called and arrived at the time that he said he would be here. Kenny and his worker did a great job in cleaning the gutters. He removed a lot of debris that accumulated under some gutter guards. Our backyard was a disaster, between three big dogs and flooding, and Kenny and his team did a phenomenal job cleaning up. I was able to get a quote online, which made everything very easy. They came out next day to clean our gutters, arrived early to the appointment, and finished within an hour. Extraordinarily polite and professional, and even took a few photos to show me the before and after.
