Their crew was efficient, was careful to preserve our perennials, and removed all the bamboo rhizomes leaving a beautiful area of clean raked earth. I contacted our HQ building engineer that uses Pleasant View for their snow removal services to see if they could make it to my site. I reached out to Peter and had already figured that there was no way that him and his crew would be able to accommodate my request at such a late stage in the game. And I wasn't expecting service on the day that I called. Peter and his team surprised me. Not only did they come within hours of my calling him, they did an exceptional job removing the snow and ice from the front of my building, loading dock and the entry and exit doors for my garage.
