I called to ask when they were coming out & they alway reported they were coming " this week" I think I only received 3 treatments & I never got my aeration & seeding- they claimed they did it & faked how I can prove they didn't do it- well, look at my lawn- it looked terrible. They also automatically renewed the service this year without my knowledge- they claimed they sent letters stating they automatically renewed it- how can that be? When I called the person who answers " Tricia" was very rude- yelled at me - did not know the answers - kept saying " I don't know" then she hung up on me. This company needs to be put out of business.
