We came here directly after an outstanding appointment at What's Up Europe, and the contrast in service was staggering. From the start, the associate showed a complete lack of interest, failing to even acknowledge the bride's guests. When the bride shared her preferred styles based on what she had already learned about her preferences, the associate used it as an excuse to exert minimal effort, pulling very few options. In fact, when a member of our party requested to see a different style, the associate dismissively replied, 'Oh no, she's pretty much closed off into trying anything else,' completely shutting down the process. Furthermore, because the wedding is in a Catholic church, the bride raised standard modesty requirements. While the previous boutique proactively pinned various strap options and fabric inserts to visually demonstrate modifications, the associate here simply gave a dismissive, 'Yeah, we can add something,' without offering any visual solutions. Ultimately, the sister-in-law had to get up and find the options herself. The lack of care, professionalism, and effort was unacceptable. If you want to be treated with respect and taken seriously as a bride, take your business elsewhere.

In the end he didn't refund all of her money because he said "now he has a dress nobody could buy"..... The lady (I assume the owner/manager but really have no clue) greeted us & told us that we would have to wait a few because there was another bride. We only waited less than 5 min before she began to help me. She asked me when my wedding was, my budget & what kind of dress style I was interested in. I explained to her I was looking for two kinds: short or lacey but nothing too fancy because the venue is casual. Like the previous reviewer, I too was really disappointed in their short dress selection. She right off the bat informed me that they don't really have short dresses in the shop, but directed me to pretty small selection for my budget. Sads. Quickly she picked out 4 that she thought I would like & encouraged us to look around as they found a fitting room for me. From there, she traded me off to one of the sales ladies (i had my own which was quite nice) as she went to help customers in the front. She often came back to check up on the both of us, giving input - I thought she & the sales lady i had were both really nice. The actual experience I had was cool. I didnt feel uncomfortable or pressured or anything negative. They have a cool mirror set up so you can fully see yourself & brightly lit. Of the 4 i tried, i liked 1. It was nothing that I even thought i would like, but I did. Problem is that I didnt LOVE it . But it gave me hope, & at $385, not that bad. You give them your name, phone # on a card with the dress you liked on it for their files. I'm not sure whether I should expect a telemarketer like call in a few weeks or what, or if it's really just in case I end up coming back :) Overall, my experience was pleasant, buuuut there wasn't a lot to choose from in my budget or any that really wowed me.

She did an EXCELLENT job, in a very short amount of time. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is wonderful to work with! I enjoyed the experience and I LOVE my dress! The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. She didn't pressure me to go with her, made me feel comfortable and said she would be able to fit me in just in time for my wedding. My first fitting was such a positive experience! She is incredibly bright and insanely talented. She is friendly and personable. When I went to the second fitting to pick up my dress, I was truly stunned. She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico.
