The business was shut down in mid-July to replace the existing kiosk and shed with a single building. It was supposed to occur in June, but apparently the required building permits were not procured. From the start, the project has been poorly managed. Usually when a business does a makeover such as this, there is some form of communication to customers regarding the plan. For example, signage is placed to inform customers of the upcoming changes, and the plan for returning to normal business. No such communication occurred, other than perhaps the barista informing customers verbally. This does nothing to inform transient customers, who are not even aware that the kiosk exists. And loyal, long-term customers such as my wife and I are left in the lurch, not knowing if or when the kiosk will ever return to business. As of August 21, we are still unsure whether the kiosk will be open any time soon. In the meantime, we are left with hoping the food court coffee trailer is open when we are looking for coffee (forget Dunkin'). There are no signs in the window, just building permits in various stages of incompletion. It's been very disappointing, as my wife and I have been frequenting this coffee kiosk for more than 10 years (back when Nancy and Karl Colbrunn owned it). In the business world, a Project Manager can make all the difference. This project could easily have been done in less than two weeks, which would have reduced the adverse impact to customers and employees. Perhaps the owners could do some damage control and (at least) put up some kind of information in the windows of the new building letting customers know what is going on. Also, consider placing some kind of signage along the street to let folks know there is actually a coffee kiosk in the parking lot (not just some random building sitting there).

I asked her to make Texas sheet cake, of which she'd never done, and she discovered there was a chocolate and a blonde recipe out there. She made both, not know which we preferred, and also added a few other cupcakes to add color and more flavor to our assortment - all of her own doing and not asking to charge us extra. We gladly compensated her for her sweet thoughtfulness and for treating our daughter's wedding as if it were thing she had on her plate. She's delightful, dependable, and took our daughters wedding personal to make it a beautiful presentation. We travelled back to TN with the few left over desserts and I seriously have hidden them to eat them myself. Highly recommend. She's very responsive and a pro and her sweet husband helped with the delivery.

The chocolate cupcake was fluffy, moist, and evenly filled with chocolate ganache. The peanut butter buttercream frosting was one of the best I've had; not overly sweet and was not at all gritty! The individual boxes that the cupcakes came in were a wonderful, unexpected touch. The process for ordering and picking up the cupcakes was effortless. Brenda, the store owner, was a sweet woman who took my phone call with excitement. She walked me through her flavor profiles and gave me an affordable rate for a half dozen cupcakes. I ordered approximately 5 days before I needed to pick them up with no issues. I even gave her an approximate time I would pick them up at and she made sure to have them ready by then. On pickup day, I drove out to her home which was minutes off Route 29 (behind the CVS on Moore Rd.) Her home, including her kitchen, were immaculate and very, very clean! Just a wonderful experience all around! Please consider giving your business to a local baker!

Although it was crowded when we arrived, they had plenty of parking in the back of their lot. We grabbed a table under a tree to provide some shade and went to order. Despite the long line, it moved very quickly. When we got up to the front, the cashier asked if we were veterans, seeing everyone wearing their combat service affiliations for the rider's group. For ease of ordering, we put everything on one tab, and were absolutely amazed by the incredibly generous military discount! (The group was truly touched, so thank you very much to Moo Thru for honoring their service.) The ice cream was delivered to us from the back window. It was delicious!! The ice cream was so creamy, and I could eat a whole gallon of the cookies & cream. While it's a bit of a hike for me to get to Moo Thru, it's definitely worth the distance, and I look forward to my next visit!

There is a drive-through but also some picnic tables and a parking area to eat. In addition to ice cream, they offer beverages and basic American food. Their ice cream yielded rich flavor, albeit an alcoholic aftertaste with the mint. The chips were of high quality. The spoon was a bit dicey for eating ice cream like this. While it is a dairy-focused institution, they do offer sorbet.
