The Cross Street Pizza came with a thin and crispy crust, pepperonis and mozzarella with a red sauce. DLicious! We like pepperoni and sausage just fine, but I was looking forward to the ground beef (I grew up on homemade ground beef pizzas) and it was a little overpowered by the pepperoni. Still a great pizza though. We also had some potato skins - they were good but green onions are a must for me so I was sad they weren't on there. This order took place over the phone. I was asked what I wanted on the fish, I said whatever comes on it, the gentleman taking my order over the phone said oh you don't want anything on it, I said you don't put anything on the fish? I then said put cheese, tartar sauce and pickles on the fish. I asked for hot sauce on the side. The gentleman gave me my total and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived early, requested the pickles be put on the side as well, and then paid (I noticed the price changed. I was handed the receipt and saw I was charged $0.50 for each condiment that generally comes customary on a fish sandwich. The food was good but I hate establishments that nickel and dime patrons without clearly stating the specifics. *I was going to leave a stellar review for the place initially as the food was pretty good, after my visit on July 6th, my family and I will never dine here again when we are visiting in the area. As far as the ambiance, it's a "mom and pop" dinner set-up without the charisma, warmth and customer service of a "mom and pop" establishment.
