They stood behind the visible bar laughing, chatting, and enjoying themselves, but whenever they approached our table, their entire demeanor changed. My husband and I repeatedly tried to be friendly and make conversation, but they seemed completely uninterested and visibly annoyed that we were there. What made this even worse happened afterward. I politely commented about our experience on one of their TikTok posts and specifically acknowledged that the pizza was good. I did not insult anyone or lie about what happened. Instead of acknowledging the experience, apologizing, or simply inviting us back so they could make it right, they deleted my comment. That response told me everything I needed to know. Rather than address a customer's honest and fair criticism, they chose to erase it--and that dismissive behavior perfectly matches the attitude we received inside the restaurant.
