I reached out to Mashmeover ahead of time to ask if they offered back facials for men. I was trying to book on ClassPass. They confirmed it was something they "do all the time" and gave zero indication that there would be any issue. So, I booked the service -- only to be told after the fact that they don't actually do half of the service (cheeks) for male clients. Aka why I reached out. No heads-up, no clarification, just a sudden change once the appointment was already set. If they had been upfront, I could've used my ClassPass credits somewhere else. Unfortunately it's a last minute situation where I couldn't find another place, tried to rebook but just the back portion. I canceled, the customer service was trite, cold, and completely unprofessional. No sincerity, no effort to make it right -- just attitude. Not here for half a service and definitely not here for being misled. If you value honesty, clear communication, or basic respect as a client, go literally anywhere else. read more

I had such a great experience with Miranda. She was patient and made sure i was getting exactly what i wanted.
