The best part of this facial was not only feeling so beautiful immediately after my facial, but days later still feeling so youthful. We booked our appt for March 14th back in early to mid January. The day before, the spa needed to make a time change for our group and we moved it to one hour later than originally planned. No issues on our end. They communicated it clearly and even added foot massages due to the change. All of the technicians we had were great. I had Ruby and she was fantastic from beginning to end. I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. The whole floor, including the entrance, were very cramped. It felt like one wrong move, one sneeze and I was going to disturb or knock into other patrons. It is very tight! Unfortunately, I did not find this experience relaxing at all. Ultimately, it felt more like a glorified facial rather than a head spa. It felt like my technician was everywhere and nowhere, seemingly not remembering the order of things. During the treatment, I began to feel a line of burning along my upper back and arms. Come to find out afterwards that I experienced chemical burns that coincides where the table/water line meet. There were just so many products used. I am not someone who is sensitive to products so this came as a surprise to me. When I pressed for information on brands, type of lotion, etc. both the technician and receptionist seemed clueless on what products their salon was stocked with. For the price I paid and the experience I had, I can't justify returning or recommending this establishment to anyone else.

Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. When I arrived, Tina was my massage therapist, and she did a fabulous job. I have severe lower back and neck pain from old injuries, so I requested medium pressure. Tina was spot on--I would describe the pressure as medium to strong, exactly what I needed. She also discovered a significant amount of tension at the base of my skull and applied firm pressure to both sides. That was an area I had never really considered, but it turned out to be a major source of radiating pain and headaches for me. Tina's technique was excellent, and her tempo and attention to pressure were just right. The facility was clean, peaceful, and quiet, with soft, soothing music playing in the background. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Garden Wellness Massage, especially if you're looking for a skilled therapist who really pays attention to where your body is holding tension.

Luckily, Gardens Wellness Spa has a "Sports Massage" which combines different types with massages with stretches for the arms, chest, and legs. It was nice that I was able to get an appointment so quickly when I went to the website. It took less than an hour from booking the appointment to being on the table. Parking was ample, and the front staff was pleasant and welcoming. I was escorted to a dim room and given instructions to prepare myself before the therapist comes in. My massage therapist came in, introduced herself, and got to business. By the end of the session, I felt slightly better. The stiffness and ache in my back was definitely still present. But I wasn't expecting a full recovery after a 60 minute sessions so I didn't mind. I appreciated that she really tried using pressure on the back by literally using her entire body weight, because most of the massage therapists I get are significantly lighter than me, so I don't really feel much when they try to get the knots out. That being said, it would be nice to have an option online for a male therapist as I could have used more pressure on my back. The portion where you can book with certain staff members are only labeled as 'Therapist' for all the options. I understand from a privacy-focused perspective why they'd do that, but I never know who I' getting when I book with them. Decent service, would come back again if needed.

Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've had here. The massage therapist used way too much pressure than was needed and was too aggressive. She also focused on techniques and areas I specifically mentioned I didn't want and did not focus on what I requested, which made the session uncomfortable. The head massage was also not what I expected. Instead of an actual massage, she mostly scratched my scalp the entire time. When she worked on my neck, the pressure was extremely intense and she squeezed so hard that it honestly made me feel worried something might get injured. Another issue was that when the massage oil dried up, very little was reapplied, so there was a lot of uncomfortable friction during parts of the massage. Unfortunately, I left feeling more sore and in more pain than before, which was really disappointing since I was hoping to feel relaxed and relieved afterward. * FYI - The massage therapist I had on 3/7/26 had black, kind of frizzy hair, and wore a light grey sweatshirt and sweatpants with black sandals. We were in room 1 and I was the one lying closest to the door. *

Hannah is AMAZING. I've been coming to Hannah for my lash extensions and she does an amazing job every time. I constantly get compliments on my lashes. She is such a perfectionist and makes sure every lash is perfect. I get volume lashes and they're pretty full, yet they do not weigh down on my eyes at all. My lashes always feel very soft and light weight and the retention is great. Also, I recently got my eyebrows micro-bladed/ombré and am in love with them. Hannah made sure my eyebrows were symmetrical and I was happy with the shape created. She explained the process and aftercare and answered any questions I had. I was referred by a friend to see Hanna. From the moment we arrived she took her time to shape my brows exactly as I wanted them. There was never any rush, she made us feel very comfortable and listened to what we wanted. She gave me a few suggestions as I had already had microblading done the previous year. It was very faded and not done well. She suggested I microblade and shade in some as well. My eyebrows came out amazing!!!!! They healed perfectly this time as I followed her regimen. This salon is located in Tustin CA about 40min to 1 hour drive away from my location but definitely worth the drive ! You won't leave unsatisfied with Hanna. Not only the friendliest person but also amazing at what she does ! She did such an amazing job with my micro-bladed brows she left me in tears of joy because Finally I had eyebrows and I'm now able to have a bare face! Who doesn't love that! I came to Hannah last Sunday to get my brows done. 2 years ago I had previous work done by another artist. Hannah is incredibly talented and detailed explains to me is better if I get mine done ombre this time around. Due to my color is fading also has reddest from my previous . First of all excellent costumer service! All the staff is very friendly and nice. The salon is super clean (all rooms). I had my eyebrows done by some on Han's students but Han was supervising the entire time. The microblading was painless and I had an excellent experience overall I'm in love with my eyebrows, I have received a lot of compliments . I recommended this place to my mom, sister, aunt and they all love their eyebrows. Definitely a 100/10 read more

Lol I've had this name my whole life, but if you put your clients under random names then how can you know who I am? A word of advice treat your clients like individuals not dollar signs. Learn their names and appreciate the business. I honestly had no idea you actually where an esthetician. I didn't see your license posted any where. If you can provide me with your license number and your business license number rather than your phone number that would greatly be appreciated. I already have your number from the text we exchanged before. Oh and yes I did find a lash tech I wrote a lovely review on her( if anyone would like to read it). Got my brow lamination with Sarah about 5 weeks ago. Absolutely loved the way my brows turned out, but wanted to see how long they would actually hold up. They are still going pretty strong! Sarah takes her time with your brow lamination and tint (the whole process was about an hour). I loved the way they looked right after, and pleasantly, I was able to enjoy them for weeks after. I have another appointment with her next week, since holidays are coming up. I feel like I could have gone another week or two and they would still look good! Great to find a place where the lamination actually lasts this long. Thank you, Sarah, see you again soon!

I went with the 2 tip flat, natural look and it came out perfectly. Unlike the previous places, she listened to what I was asking for and my concerns for having thin lashes and not wanting any clusters/fans. The shop was clean and comfortable. The former lashes were removed with no pain (sometimes people pull a little too hard). The new lashes went on without any irritation. Hopefully they last and I will be making this place my regular spot!
