Samantha and her team are the real deal! I recently purchased my first condo and I could not have asked for a better lender. I originally was with a different lender and they told me I'd never qualify for a "normal" loan without 20%. I had 15% (60k!) ready to put down and the other lender said I could only do FHA! They couldn't be bothered because the homes I was looking at were only 300-500k...This really irked me and I made it a mission to qualify for a conventional loan with my 15% down. Let me start this by saying I am a real estate agent so I have worked with literally thousands of lenders and Sam is hands down the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were in the middle of purchasing a home during COVID-19 and unexpectedly our initial lender pulled the financing they were offering.
