Most egregious of all, another certified dealer discovered the unit was never even caulked from the factory--a critical checklist item your prep team completely missed. Warranty Failures: My unit has been in your shop multiple times, yet I discovered your service department repeatedly failed to log my warranty information into the system, leaving me with no official corporate service history. I am not refusing to work with you. I am refusing to accept "lip service" from a dealership that has neglected this unit from day one. I hold a comprehensive paper trail of time-stamped emails sent directly to you, your Vice President, and your CEO detailing these exact failures. I also possess extensive photo documentation of the issues of damage and neglect to correct them satisfactorily. I would not recommend and I've heard other people tell me not to take it there but I did, and I regret it.

Took my motorhome in for an MVI on May 5, when completed a driver was backing out and damaged the…read morepassenger side of the back cargo door, ripped part of the awning covering off, badly scraped and gouged many painted areas. This was unfortunate but they assured me they would look after the repairs. That afternoon the Maaco representative assessed the damage and the vehicle was taken over for the repairs. I visited the the next business day and discussed the repairs and I left feeling very confident a quality job would be performed and would likely be completed within ten days. The quote provided by Maaco was not acceptable to the Nova service manager so without informing me as the owner she had it picked it up and taken back to their shop. At no point was I told that there would be additional quotes before a decision was made as to who would be doing the repairs, which would delay the process. As a recent widow, I had the motorhome on the market and several people lined up to view it. At this point I got my insurance company involved. The Maaco quote was within $100 of the appraisal and is now there being repaired. I will be picking it up today, June 27th and have likely lost the best selling time for RV's. The service manager was so rude and disrespectful to me at a very difficult time and was only interested in getting it repaired as cheaply as possible for them! No consideration or open communication with me! Do not recommend this business especially if you're a woman!!

Josh called me, we discussed the issues and diagnosed a repair over the phone and although couldn't promise that it was a permanent repair, he said it wouldn't ruin my weekend of boating. To me, that's incredible, professional and outstanding service. I have shopped around at other dealers but with service like his, all my boating needs will be at White Water Marine. Took my late 80's 9.9 to them for service . White water…read moremarina called and told me the motor was no good , no compression in one cylinder heat scoring on the cylinder ( signs of overheating and spark plug hole stripped I picked the motor up and paid the Marina for service . As a Marine Engine Engineer with over 40 years experience working on various bits of Mechanic equipment I decided to check the engine myself. Yes there was overheating indications on one cylinder ,but I still decided to test the engine myself The engine started on the second pull , I put over a hundred hours on this little engine this year , it never fails to start and has always got me home. Pretty good for an engine with no compression in one cylinder and a striped spark plug hole?? I personally believe they did not proper assess the engines condition charged me a service fee and pushed it out the door. I for one will never darken the the door of this business
