The box had arrived very last minute, no one could help and I was in a huge bind. They offered to do this very last minute project after hours for our family. I know this will give everyone in our family just a little bit more comfort seeing the beautiful engraving with a name instead of a cold, solid box. Not only that- but the saxophone on the urn managed to snap off during shipping. They offered to FIX it for me!! I will also say- I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been in this type of store...but they really do quality, amazing work! I had so many ideas in my head for future projects! I read the only other review and was shocked at what they wrote...my experience was totally opposite. Here I am taking the time to go to the store (if you can call it that) to see their trophies. I am looking for trophies for my Cub Scouts pack's Pinewood Derby. Lets just say that when I got there, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place...place was, well, ummm, how do you say, what is that word...oh yeah, a dump. I can get past that, not looking for a super wall to wall carpet place, but seriously?? That being said, there was a woman and a man in there...we assume woman was secretary, man was owner. Not being sexiest, she said she was the secretary. Well I kept being interrupted by the man.....rude. I'm the customer, trying to spend $$ at your place. This got the woman frazzled and she wouldn't help me... I kept asking questions, and didn't really get the answers. So I left wondering why they wouldn't help me more....was there some trophy crisis in the world?? Never even saw the trophy top, had to imagine it. Nope. Instead I spent my $$ on-line at some company in California.....sad, very sad. I try to support local business, but when they don't support you, I go somewhere else.
