I immediately noticed her of the mistake she agreed to reverse the funds. However, a revised invoice was submitted to me 2 days later after I left multiple messages via email, voicemail and text stating additional cost have been added and she is only returning partial funds. I stated to her that isn't how business is conducted and she doesn't decide how the customer money should be distributed without the customer's permission. Prior to doing anything that supersedes the set budget a company reached out to the customer and in this case she didn't; the additional cost was unclear. I asked the the owner to contact me to go over the revised contract in detail and waited for her call, she text and threaten legal action if I pursue anything. The initial contact was a estimate of cost with the understanding my set budget. I had no issues paying the PayPal amount, my issue is she decided to keep the overage and incorporated additional cost. There was over 300 balloons ordered but only 5 or 6 inflated, the food was burnt, I handled the events except for 1 by myself but she billed for additional hours. In the end she should have reversed the overage as agreed and we could have negotiated a price difference. Poor business practices erases the integrity of a business. She posted pictures from my daughter's party as though we were happy with her company's services. Wow!

While using the restroom, I brought in a fountain soda cup to refill afterward. Upon returning to the counter, I was approached by a staff member (who I later learned was the manager) who made a disparaging remark about my cup not being from their store. When I went to check out, he directed the cashier to void my transaction and charge me a higher price for the refill, apparently because he disapproved of the cup's brand. Setting aside the fact that this cost me less than a dollar, what stood out was the way it was handled. Rather than addressing the situation professionally or discreetly, the manager chose to make a snide comment and then use his position to override a routine transaction. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it reflects poorly on the store's management. I won't be returning to this location. It's disappointing that a matter of fifty to seventy-five cents was treated as an opportunity to embarrass a customer rather than simply process a routine refill. I'd encourage corporate to look into how this manager interacts with customers, as this is not the kind of experience that should represent the brand.

This is as near to a brand new store as you can get. The lot is huge, on a corner at a busy intersection. Along with a large lot, the store is large as well. Inside, it has that truck stop feel that some of the newer locations has. Big, bright, nice sized seating area. I went in and tapped the screen to place my order. While it is being prepared I make my way to the facilities. The facilities were immaculate, which were a bit of a surprise given how busy the store was. The food was as I expected, and missed. I made sure to get enough to enjoy on my ride and then for when I got to my destination. But before I left the lot, I took a few minutes to enjoy the night air. I putzed around outside for a few minutes and took in a phone call before jumping back into the car to head the rest of the way home.
