Buyer Beware!!!!..... In my single experience with this company they performed shoddy and incomplete work and did not stand behind their work. My wife took her car to have the front bumper replaced, this required also that the front wheel well liners also be replaced. Mason Rd. Collision Center, performed this work, however, did not install all the necessary brakets to hold the liners and bumper in place. We were in process of relocation. my wife set off on a 1000 mile interstate trip to join me at our new residence, only a few days of the repairs being made. halfway to her destination the wheel liners came loose and got into the wheel and were shreaded the bumper had to be taped on to complete the trip. We called and informed them of the problem, they said bring it back and they will fix it. This was not possible, because we had relocated and have no intention in returning to Houston area in the near future. We took the car to the Toyota Dealer near our residence. MRCC agreed to reimburse us only for the cost of the wheel liners, (one third of the cost they charged us for intial repair) and refused to pay for any labor incurred for their poor installation or the retrofit of the necessary to repair their shoddy work. After repeated calls and requests to speak to the owner of the company. I was told repeatedly that the owner would call, I never spoke directly with the owner, only his flunkys who would only tell me they would ask the owner what he wanted to do. Horrible experience and would not recomend the establishment to anyone. read more

Above and Beyond Customer Service and Excellent Repair Work: My vehicle was damaged by another driver who had what's called non-standard insurance. I learned that dealing with non-standard insurance can be difficult and time consuming. I and the guys at Mason Road Collision ended up having to call that insurance company countless times in order to get all the repairs approved. My car was literally in the shop for longer than a month for what was supposed to be about a 7 day repair. When the insurance rep took forever to give final approval and stopped returning my calls, Mason Road Collision spent a day fighting with the insurance trying to get in contact with a manager to assist in expediting the approval. It worked! They didn't have to do that for me, but they took it upon themselves anyway so that I could finally get my car back. But even better, my car is PERFECT. They did an exceptional job in repairing everything so that it was exactly the way it was before the damage. They exceeded my expectations on every level. I had a torn up front end splashguard on my rather low clearance Sonata. So I brought my car in to have it looked at after they promptly responded to me online through Yelp's quote service. Hani greeted me and right away came out to take a look at the car for himself. I told him that I could order the part myself to save some money, but he said they could fix what I already had and save me the time and money for it. Long story short, they were able to do it in just a few minutes, making it nearly new and for a LOT less than the original quote was for, which would have included a new part. To top things off, it turned out that Hani speaks Chinese too, as well as Arabic, and of course English. We talked for a bit and he's the genuine article, a nice and decent family man, and a very fair and smart businessman too. Trustworthy body shop, would definitely use in the future. I got in an accident in my Mercedes GLK last year and didn't trust the body shop that towed my car from the scene to work on it. I got a recommendation from a friend that had a good experience with Mason Road Collision Center and called them to see if they could take over. Fabian was my technician and coordinated everything with the transfer of my vehicle to the Mason Road shop. Once it was at their location Fabian explained the entire process of what to expect and definitely reassured me that my baby was in good hands. They worked very well with my insurance (Progressive) and apparently they also have preexisting relationships with the local insurance adjusters, so I was able to get the most out of my claim. They were also able to help me with my insurance deductible so my out-of-pocket cost was nothing. Easy and effortless experience. read more

We needed to replace the passenger side mirror on our Honda. Hani was so helpful and honest with us. They were able to put the new mirror on the car using BOTH of the old covers (which were the correct color)!! So we didn't need any paint work to be done. He also gave us the 2 new covers that came with the new mirror in case we ever needed them in the future. We originally contacted him on Monday, January 28 and he got back to us before the end of the day to tell us that he had obtained the new mirror. I brought the car in on Tuesday, January 29 and waited about 30 minutes for it to be installed. All the equipment was working correctly when I left. Plus it ended up being less than his original quote. Thanks Hani!! We had a quote from Honda for over $500 to replace this mirror. Our charge at Mason Road was only $180. read more

Have historically gone to Caliber Collision due to convenience and always leave with mixed feelings.. work is okay.. but i always have to point out overspray, runs etc. Mason Rd Collision was recommended by a friend. I took my daughters 2017 Mustang there for bumper damage. Received a resonable quote as my expectations were that it would look like new. No shortcuts. Picked it up yesterday and it looks awesome! They're honest, take pictures of damage, and keep you apprised every step of the way. Being the dumbass that I am, I attempted to repair a door ding with some ill advice, lack of patience, and 2000 grit sand paper. Needless to say I ended up with a ruined clear coat and a door ding. I called the shop and Fabian told me to bring it in. He'd inspect it and tell me what's the best course of action. I was told to go home and bring back the touch up paint I bought at Audi, and I did. Fabian and Jorge managed to fix the ruined clear coat, and help patch up the door ding, for a low price of new found loyalty. A thousand thanks to you guys, for salvaging my mistake. I came here for headlight replacement and front bumper dent. The manager offered fair prices and the car got repaired in excellent condition. Technicians were very thoughtful and care about customer's problem. They even fixed the small problems that I didn't asked them to do. I came second time for replace car window and got it fixed very quickly. I've brought 2 of my vehicles here, one because my door handle came off on my infiniti of which they fixed for way cheaper than I ever expected, and with amazing Customer service by Sako. The next time I came, I brought my hubbys Range Rover with paint traded on the side that we though was going to cause a very expensive full repaint, well, once again Sako came through and fixed it with no problem, literally just wiped it off, and didnt even charge us. This was my 2nd repair job with this establishment. The first was replacing a windshield (over 10 years ago) in which they did an excellent job then. This time my car saw a pole it just could not resist meeting! Long story short, the front bumper, headlight and support system underneath was damaged.
