The job that this team did with the attention to detail and craftsmanship had me really satisfied with the results, and my car looks like it's fresh off the lot! Carolina was always keeping me updated at least once a week to let me know the progress on my car, which was something I wasn't expecting but very appreciative of the open communication and transparency. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I took my car in after an accident where my whole rear drivers side was in bad shape. Carolina was of immediate assistance and reviewed the estimate sent over by my insurance company. Throughout the entire process they communicated with my insurance and KEPT ME UPDATED! Carolina called me about 1-2x a week if there were updates so I could be kept in the know. I greatly appreciated this because if there was anything I could do on my end to speed up the process, they communicated this to me speedily. When I picked up my car it looked absolutely amazing. Keep in mind, they had to do a paint job and matching paint can be extremely difficult (especially with an older car - sometimes the finish is worn!). I would 100% recommend 5 speed collision to anyone. I needed some repair work done and was getting super high quotes from other collision centers and when I went into 5 speed they quoted hundreds of dollars under the competition. Not only were they the most affordable, they also ordered the part, painted it to match my car, and had the piece replaced within a few short days. To top it off it only took them like 30 minutes to replace it so I wasn't sitting in their waiting room bored out of my mind (which I always go into those situations expecting). My daughter's BMW got a lot of damage from a stray object that flew up after the car in front ran over it on the freeway. State Farm suggested I use a preferred shop that is certified with BMW. I made a lot of calls to find such a shop, and after half a day I found 5 speed collision center that met the criteria. They were very nice in helping me understand the process and also getting me a rental. I got good updates on progress of my repairs. Took about two weeks but most of that was waiting on parts. The shop does a good job and strives to make sure the customer is satisfied. Definitely will consider them again if I every have the need for body work. read more

Professional staff, highly communicative, got my car back in a week. No idea how affordable they might be as my insurance covered the repairs. In addition to getting my car back to pre-accident condition, they detailed it and filled my gas tank! I practically live in my car so it was in a good mess when they got it. If you have a foreign car...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR! Literally the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. The team is completely incompetent and their service is lack luster and MEDIOCRE at best. My car has been in and out of their shop for over 4 months with the issue still not resolved! There is 0 accountability and 0 care for how they are impacting your day to day life by holding your car captive claiming to have parts be in and it all resolved....each time ...with nothing being fully resolved. So ridiculous!! Shame on the entire staff for their incompetence, lack of business acumen, and lack of customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I went to this spot to get my car fixed. I don't recommend anyone going to this place. They used after market parts to fix my vehicle. They replaced the bumper but they didn't even put it on correctly. Also my headlight isn't working and they have tried fixing it multiple times, but could never get it to work. The owner/ manager of the place doesn't want to help me anymore, his name is Alex if anyone was wondering . He completely blocked my number. Before he blocked me we had came to an agreement that he was going to stay in touch with me but he never did. I reached out to the company asking why he hasn't updated me, the lady I talked to over the phone told me she would talk to him and let him know that I called. Alex is an unprofessional guy, when he talks he sounds like he doesn't even know what he's taking about. My car is a 2020 Corolla hatchback so I don't see why they can't fix it. i don't understand why they have warranty, if they don't use it accordingly! STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Honestly, they did get the job done! They had a good quote for what had to be repaired on my car. However, there was various times where communication lacked and I was told they would call back but I had to be the one to reach out despite being the client. However, Mr. Leroy did his best to fix the problem on his end once he personally became aware of it. He's a good guy and so is his team; again I just wish communication wouldn't have lacked as much as it did. read more
