With winter just around the corner, it was definitely time for a new set of tires. I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in. We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I'm glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren't required and walk-ins are welcome. We decided on the Reputation 2 tires, and one of the biggest selling points was the added peace of mind that comes with them--an 80,000-mile warranty, road hazard protection, and free maintenance, all handled directly through Les Schwab. Just a little over an hour later, my car was ready to go with its new tires. Overall, it was a great first experience from start to finish. The excellent customer service, efficient process, and value of the tires made the experience an easy one to recommend.
