Was told by dispatch that someone would be there by 8:30-9:30. 9:30 came and went then 9:50 at which time I called only to be told that supposed electrician left messages that he wouldn't be able to come. The girl was the most useless individual I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommend this business!!!! And clearly they do not understand the 24/7 concept because they are not a 24/7 company!

When I inquired about the charger, Ben answered all of my questions and he was quick to respond. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. He did it perfectly, and his prices were very fair. He had no problem providing his license and liability insurance information to me in advance. He made sure everything installed was properly flush, parallel, level and looking beautiful. I'd told him my eyes are drawn to the details and I needed someone who's skilled with detailed work. He told me that he does very detailed work and makes sure everything is installed properly while looking great. He was very friendly, engaging and didn't mind a bit when I watched what he was doing. He's not arrogant at all, and very easy to talk to. Why haven't I been using him all these years? I'm sure going to use him again, that's for sure, and so should you!
