I would avoid this company. I went to their show room and met with one of their people. He did a…read morenice job showing different types of wood stoves and explaining there operation. However from that point on everything went down hill. I told him I would call in a week or so and finalize a deal. A week later I called and told him I would like to order the stove he showed me. He explained prices went up but he would honor original price he quoted and also said he would send someone by to look at chimney. I waited weeks and no one showed up. Called back and spoke with someone else who had no clue about the transaction and suggested I send pictures and basic information along to sales at their email. I did so and again didn't hear back from anyone. I called a week later and was told the guy I spoke with was out on vacation and would be back that Tuesday and he would return my call. Guess what no return call. I called one more time and got yet another person who would not honor the original price and asked all the same questions I've already answered several times before. As much as I would love to buy a Lopi stove it would not be from this group. Stay away from this group
