    I couldn't be happier with the service that I've received at Hearthside. I'm a repeat customer and I've purchased a spa and most recently a gas fireplace insert, they're both amazing. I worked with Peter Curran from Hearthside on both purchases and he was extremely helpful. Peter went above and beyond, I can't thank him enough for his professionalism. Both of my purchases couldn't have gone smoother from initial order, to the site visit, and the delivery/ final install. The owner of Hearthside came out to my home on both occasions, he's very polite and knowledgeable. I also had the same Service Technician, Donn, who completed both installations and like everyone else at Hearthside, he's great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hearthside to anyone. Thanks again to Peter and everyone at Hearthside!

    The people at this location are fine but they sell horrible products unfortunately or I just got…read morevery unlucky. They advertise the cs6 hot cold tub on the phone and this is the one I purchased. It has been a nightmare ! They are a retailer for leisure products in Johnson city , tn who is a very shady and dishonest company. I am actually having to sue them. I would do a lot of research before buying a hot tub and these guys supposedly make everything here in the USA but I just got done disconnecting the cold side from the hot side because all I have had issues with the cold side. Of course lpi always says it is my gfci which it isn't because after I disconnected the cold side it runs fine. They just will not stand by their products or their warranty's so do not buy from lpi do the research. Nordic spas etc are good reliable products. On a positive note I am basically a spa technician now from dealing with this spa which I paid 8200 dollars for new and dumped another two grand in repairs and it still doesn't work. Carey is a solid person but his retailers are not so maybe you see if he sells anything besides lpi products. Good luck !

However the issues started when we got home later in the day We signed nothing in the store when we said we wanted to purchase, which I found odd at the time. Cary kept saying you should finance because it's zero % interest, which we where going to pay on debt card, he talked us out of it- I should have known if it's too good to be true it is. When I got the email from wells Fargo it said double the price of the in store ticket cost... I clearly didn't sign the internet form and called Cary the next day... He then told me about how 9299 is just the base hot tub with no add ons and that's the cash price ... NONE of this was explained in store... Cary told us multiple times the hot tub comes with everything on the ticket for 9299.00 .... Come to find out there is a different price for financing.... Please ask more questions then we did when you go to buy from them......

    While this is just one of many positive experiences, this one stands out a bit above the rest…read more Last season, I overtightened a fitting on one of the connectors between the filter and the pool. Although the "nut" had split, the connection wasn't leaking, so I left it alone. :) As I prepared to open the pool this year, it became apparent that I needed to replace the broken piece. Since it was a PVC connector that was part of the plumbing for all of the return lines, the repair was looking fairly complex. I brought the piece to the shop, where I met with Keller and Bill. Keller was just as concerned as I was about the complexity of rebuilding everything necessary to replace the one broken component. As Bill walked by, he took one look at the part and said, "Oh, that's an easy fix." Keller and Bill headed to the back and returned with a handful of pieces. It's a little complicated to describe, but I got home, followed their advice, and was up and running in no time. Experience matters. What seems like a dilemma to one person is often a problem that someone else has solved many times before. The lesson learned: when in doubt, ask an expert. I'm grateful for Bill's experience and his willingness to share it. Thank you!

    They say they will help pull a permit. Their "guy" that they have put the pool up is in fact NOT…read morelicensed in RI. He came and put the pool up. Find out after, he never had a permit, and put me down as the installation to get around this. Very illegally done.
