They have always shown up on time and are very respectful. The quality of their work is top notch. I am more than pleased. Side note: Through ignorance, I was burning some wood that created a lot of creosote in my wood boiler and chimney. They explained, in detail, the best way to avoid that in the future. Now I'm confident that I will avoid a dangerous creosote build up again. I highly recommend this company to everyone. One more thing; as a single older woman, I've been screwed over a few times from other people. Certified Chimney is the polar opposite. The cost of their work is consistent and fair.

Bill visited our home to measure and go over the different options for replacing our countertops and sink. He was able to provide me with a quote that day which outlined the work that would be done. We were able to visit the showroom that weekend as they have convenient hours on Saturday. We were impressed by the number of slabs they had available in the showroom for us to look at. We instantly fell in love with one pattern of granite and Bill and crew worked with us to ensure that we received that specific slab and scheduled our installation. The day of, the two men (I feel terrible that I can't remember their names) were amazing! They were so friendly, walked us through the installation process and cleaned up along the way so my house wasn't covered in dust. In addition to the fabulous countertops, we received a large, high quality sink that put our last sink to shame. They also gave us the sink protector grates, a basket drain and a 'hot plate' from the remaining granite. We were not expecting these bonuses and are so happy with them! In addition they had the forethought to put a piece of wood above our dishwasher so that it could be properly secured into place again. I highly recommend Countertops by Superior! As a 27 year resident of Mansfield, I've purchased a variety of products from Kirley's. "Back in…read morethe day", stone dust, red brick pavers...masonry stuff. A number of years ago they transformed their dark old office into a nice bright space in order to showcase their pellet stove business. I purchased one of their top of the line stoves about 5 years ago, and run it from October to April. 24 hours a day. On a recent visit, I told them I was having a strange issue with the stove. They told me it was covered under warrantee. The guys came to my house, took the stove to the shop, made the repairs (and a few tweeks) and returned the next day to reinstall. It's back in place, ready to burn! You will not get this service from a big box store.
