Get there in 15 min like I said I would and there's 3 barbers all with customers and another guy on the bench. Wait 20 minutes and no ones ready to see me. Two hours after my call, I arrived 5-minute late and had to wait another 15 minutes because my barber Jennifer already got a customer. This barber shop welcomes walk-in (appointment is not needed). [Parking]: Easy and free street parking. [Price]: Regular men cut is $21, BUT one of Yelpers correctly stated that extra $4 will be added for a specific cut (e.g. razor fade, fades, flat top, all scissor cuts.) The default haircut price does not come with shampoo nor styling. [Atmosphere]: Got music playing in the background with retro interior decor. [Service]: My barber Jennifer did a solid job. I asked for a low taper cut and I also said no when she asked if I want the line. She was pretty good on asking about the cut halfway through. The communication was solid as I was able to provide immediate feedback on how long I want my fringe to be in the front. Expect possible small hairs on clothes as regular men cut doesn't come with hair wash. Overall Jennifer executed well & I was fairly satisfied (minus small hairs on my clothes.) read more

Absolutely terrible place to get a haircut and completely unprofessional. AVOID at all costs. My husband came here with an appointment to get a haircut by Pablo. Not only did Pablo forget about the appointment but when he finally made it (almost a half an hour late), he was intoxicated. My husband noticed he was acting strange but didn't realize he was intoxicated until he started cutting his hair. As Pablo was cutting my husbands hair, he proceeded to cuss out his girlfriend on speaker phone, and began smashing mirrors to the point where his hand was bleeding. He was also throwing beer cans on the floor and continued to drink. My husband left shortly after witnessing this. Not only did my husband then have to go find another barber to cut his hair last minute but he was still charged $27 automatically since he booked his appointment online. Thankfully he was able to find a barber who would take him last minute and agree to fix Pablo's mess. He spent $65 to get it fixed on top of the $27 that was charged by Masors, that's two hours later and almost $100 on a single simple haircut. We are all human and understand mistakes happen, but cutting hair and holding sharp objects to someone's head when you're intoxicated is not safe, and frankly stupid. Thankfully my husband left without any incident but it could have easily gone the other way. Please take pride as a business owner and keep your business strictly professional. read more

The first time I was here was about a month ago. Jennifer was my barber and she did an amazing job. She takes her time doing the fade and it is percised. She starts off with cleaning the barber station and the chair. A fresh cape was provided and it smells clean. Shavers and sisscors were also cleaned and shinny. Her fade technique starts with a #1 Wahl Senior around where the hair line begins up to the fade line. She then follows with a #0 Oster Classic 76. These two gadgets are the secret to achieving perfect fade line. The #0 is then perfected with a Wahl 5 Star shaver for a smooth finish. She then feathers the rest of the fade with Oster Classic 76. The rest of the hair cut is done with comb and scissors. After this first experience, I am a repeat customer because her craftsmanship is hard to find. I'd like to stick with barbers who take their time to chisel the look. read more

I called about 2 hours ahead to ask if they could accommodate me and the gentlemen who answered said they did have an open barber at that time although he was booked. I went in for my 7 year old and some older Latin lady was sitting down in her unoccupied chair. They had a conversation in Spanish in front of me, she was saying "I'm not going to cut his hair, you are" to the barber who was already cutting someone's hair. He said no, I have an appointment at 4 and I have to finish this client. She had a horrible attitude and I had no confidence that she would wanted to cut my boys hair. It was a really sad thing to experience walking in, I was disappointed with the customer service. It was unprofessional on many fronts. This is a great place. Visiting from San Diego and decided to get a cut on my trip. If you want a true barber shop (Not fakers), this is the place. Andrew went above and beyond. I came in with my boyfriend and son, my son started acting out a little but Andrew was quick to make him laugh and didn't mind the crying. Parking is super easy with meter parking in the front and free parking in the back. I specifically have been getting my haircut by Pablo for 2 years after my friends referred him to me.
