This place is great!! I wasn't so pleased with the first round of T-shirts that I got l, then he insisted on making it right. He redid all the shirts, was making sure I liked all the designs, and confirmed before printing anything. I even didn't like the quality of the first T-shirts, so he custom ordered some for me. When all the shirts were done he even took the time out and of his day to deliver them to me. I highly recommend anybody who needs T-shirt's for there business or staff to check this guy out! I purchased almost $700 worth of printing services for school shirts for a local East county school. I supplied all the shirts that I wanted printed, with the exception of 2 sweatshirts which were from their supply. One of the sweatshirts was printed with the wrong color. When I noticed that the letters were in white instead of the gold/yellow i had selected I was told to bring it back to be fixed. I have been unable to get a response from the store staff person who was helping me so I am reaching out via Yelp in hopes of getting resolution. I decided at the last minute to participate in a march in Washington DC and needed t-shirts made the very same day. I live in East County and literally within less than 2 miles there are SEVERAL t-shirt companies near my home. ALL, and I do mean ALL, either did NOT answer their phones, or had a message asking to leave a message and they would get back to me when they could. I could not wait for this, nor did I have time to drive to each place and take a "chance" to see if they could do what I needed right away. I found a place on the Internet names Masry in the Grossmont Mall located in La Mesa. I called up, a woman (Natalie) answered, truly was helpful, said she could do the t-shirts and asked me to send over my photo; so, she could have it ready for me. I was thinking, "this is incredible." I arrived and she immediately understood my dilemma over my second shirt. She pulled up ideas for me to look at on her computer. She discussed differences in material for t-shirts, asking me about what I liked and did not like in materials. I explained I wanted a V-neck as a woman I do not like the men's rounded look. I wanted movement so nothing snug and did not want it to be very thin material. She was also honest that one size and type of t-shirt ran small. What I noticed while we were speaking was, she did not give her opinion on my request, but more so, looking at samples all over the shop she had such an incredible mix of everything to support any type of shirt (personal interest-regardless of what belief and/or race). When it came to creating the second t-shirt, I had a general idea but could not find what I wanted. Not only did she give me options via her laptop, but she also sized the way it would look on the shirt, showed the item with backgrounds, and was able to show me with the colors of shirts I had basically what I have as a final product. Right there, within minutes, each shirt was created. After both shirts were done, she gave me specific instructions on how to wash and dry these items so they would last longer. When it came time to ring me up, she gave me a small discount for doing a second shirt-totally unexpected. I am so grateful I found this business but more so Natalie, who made this an experience that I will not forget. read more

So I had an order from wish coming to that store masrys. I go to get my package with the worker, I give him my QR code he scans it he opens the package that did not belong to him I some part it was a good thing because none of the items in that package were mine. So he tells me there is no other package and since he had already scanned the code I had on the wish website automatically assumed items were picked up so there is no way to get another code. So the man tells me to keep trying to get a hold of someone and I have been trying. So I call again last week and the man tells me to stop by the store and that he would let me look around the packages to see if I could find mine, I go in today and the asshole tells me he never said that to me, he wouldn't help me find my package and he tells me even if we did find the package he wouldn't be able to give it to me because I have no code???? What code if he already scanned it???? I asked for his boss number and said he wouldn't give it to me and asked me to leave.....he was a complete jerk the owner need to have someone there who knows what they are doing. read more

I needed custom shirts for a special birthday for my father in law. I had 4 days until the party. I called to ask about their turnaround time and how the process works. The person who helped me was so nice. He let me know I could email my design and pick a font and provided the website for me to look at fonts. The next day I was going to go to the shop and place my order with a design expert. It was 105 degrees that day and I just couldn't get there. So I called and talked to Mustafa and he was so wonderful. I sent my design and colors, size of shirt and requested a proof. Within 2 hours I had a proof to review and approve. They even custom ordered the T shirt color of my choice with no extra cost to me. The shirts were ready the next day. When I picked them up I was so happy. The shirt is good quality, soft and the design was perfect. Great customer service and the ease of this order was such a great experience. I contacted Masry Custom T-Shirts when I was tasked with having sweatshirts made for our baseball team. I was so pleasantly surprised by the fact that not only, were they able to accommodate, my custom request, they were able to special order the sizes and have them done by THE NEXT DAY! All 14 sweatshirts were perfect. And when coach decided he wanted one too, I contacted Masry late one night and the very next afternoon, it was ready. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I ordered 4 shirts for little kids for a first trip to Disney. Was told I would be contacted when the job was done,never got a call Friday night. Went to the store at 11am on Saturday, the shop was not opened. I called, emailed, Facebook messaged-- finally heard back hours later via email. Email telling me that someone was sick I could come Sunday, they open at 11. When I questioned why they would not be opened at all, I received a call. The man that called was not apologetic at all, actually questioned me like I had done something wrong. The website clearly states that they "guarantee they will have what you need". Then the man proceeded to call me multiple times telling me they didn't have this color or this size and very much treating me like I was the problem. Until I just told him to forget about the order all together. Even after that, you could tell he just didn't want to be bothered with my order. Did I mention it was an almost $90 order?!? The person I spoke to yesterday was so helpful and put all my worries to rest.
