embroidery job on three $75 sweatshirts : both visible to eye (most important) and measured crooked - besides being in the wrong placement. loud mouthed, defensive owner argued tooth & nail over the inarguably bad job. blames it on his equipment and said he shouldn't ever take embroidery jobs - ok, why did he take and ruin mine?? that's what the shop DOES. charged same $24 digital fee on each of the matching sweatshirts (takes only one set-up digitally) and a separate $25 embroidery fee...and balked at reimbursing for just the embroidery on one sweatshirt ($25)! Hollered at me, "What! You want it for free?!" In addition, called to tell me afternoon before that they were ready to be picked up, "open til 5". Got there at 4;40. CLOSED. Horrible service, worse product. read more
