While I, on the other hand, had no luck with Mass ENT. The doctor solely looked up into my sinuses and said he didn't see anything. End of case, regardless of ongoing for years symptoms. read more

Competent, pleasant provider but it ends there. Every call is screened by someone at a central location and if the screeners deign your call is necessary to speak with a local coordinator, they will put you through to that person's VM. Billing occurs at a glacial pace so if you're looking to get the bill paid quickly, forget it since they take 30+ days to bill your ins company. Worse, the billing is a little much. Charged $400 for being a "new patient" in addition to the fee for the visit itself, PLUS an outrageous fee for the procedure. Later on in the month, I was charged more than $250 for a provider to give me the results of a lab test over the phone. Good medical care but they fee you to death. Avoid unless you like spending money needlessly and wholly unnecessarily. read more

I had the most fabulous experience with Dr. Vishnu Kannabiran. It was easy and quick to schedule my appointment and I got in 24 hrs later and Dr K removed the impacted hearing responsible for my hearing loss and pain. Great bedside manner, quick, efficient and truly outstanding. I waited for 4 minutes as I was early and they saw me exactly on time. Truly outstanding experience! read more

Beware. This office uses deceit to surprise bill you for services. My daughter was seen here and was recommended to have a surgical procedure. She was scheduled for surgery at a location that was "out of network" for our insurance even though the MD was "in network". We were NEVER notified it was an out of network facility and was never given any other options for surgical location that would be in-network for us. Neither Ma ENT, Northridge Surgical Center, nor our insurance notified us of any out of network costs associated with moving forward with the surgery. We were then billed over $5,000 more than what we should have been charged. I have contacted Ma ENT billing on several occasions and have still NOT received a return phone call. Go somewhere else where normal medical processes are performed (as in using insurance information for patients and notifying them if things are "not covered") read more

When I got there the next morning they said I didn't have an appointment even though I talked to them the day before. The blonde girl at the receptionist desk was unbelievably rude to me I was shocked. They were able to "get me in" in an hour for an appointment. Once the doctor came in she told me my nose wasn't broken and just my septum was deviated. She told me it would take a while to schedule surgery. It's been 2 weeks since my first appointment and the Nashua ENT still hasnt even contacted me to set up surgery (even though I am DEFINITELY not going there).The other receptionist when leaving my appointment was just as rude as the first one. Would not recommend. I didn't have a good feeling when I left there so I went to a different ENT for a second opinion and thank god I did! They said my nose was broken in 2 spots and it was too late now to pop it back in place so I will need surgery to rebreak it and set it.

She treated my complaints of severe headaches by having me speak to her nurse. Fed up by her disinterest in my issues, I referred myself to an ear doctor. It turned out I had skull base tumors that were causing the problems. If I hadn't sought treatment from another doctor I'd probably be dead by now. My ear doctor told me that recurrent ear infections are very rare in adults. Shame on "Doctor" Paine for not referring me to a specialist after the third ear infection. To add insult to injury, she charged me for a copy of my records that I needed to bring to my oncologist. Of all my doctors (past and current), she was the only one who charged me. I'm glad she's close to retirement age so others might not be subjected to her "care."

The last time I was in the office in 2020, my copay is $40, but due to their covid protocols, they were not taking payment in person and said I would be billed later. Well, I dont have a paper bill as of yet, I have not received a phone call regarding this, and apparently they now have a policy that says fi you owe money, they can't book you. The staff is nice and helpful and the Doctor himself makes you feel comfortable and safe. They do saturday appointments and usually are great for short notice. The appointment itself was fast, friendly and efficient and everything was sorted out in a couple of days. I got charged $170 for the whole thing. Pretty good experience overall and glad there are doctors out there who aren't complete wackos.

After spending $60,000 and traveling over 2,000 miles for multiple, multiple visits, almost starving to death because I couldn't eat due to horrid pain, here's an update: the upper and lower implants and hybrids appear to be breaking apart and I expect them to collapse any day. Discomfort and pain is escalating and I suspect some areas are infected. Do not go to these people. Their primary interest lies in covering up their mistakes, NOT patient care and welfare. They walked my son through what to expect and definitely calmed his nerves. My only complaint is with the paperwork end of it. They said they don't accept our insurance even though NHOMS was listed by our insurance. They said that this particular office doesn't accept it and we would have to file the claims ourself. No big deal. Then 2 weeks later I start getting letters from my insurance company that NHOMS submitted a claim, and they were sending them a check after I paid for everything out of my own pocket. Again, the procedural part was fantastic however the headache caused by them telling me to submit a claim and them doing it anyway has left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.
