Every session feels personalized, and I always leave feeling wayyy better than when I arrived. As someone who has tried many different therapists over the years, Mike has earned my trust through his professionalism, skill, and consistency. If I'm anywhere within 20-30 minutes of Chandler, Tempe, or Scottsdale, I'll gladly make the drive to see him. The owners are amazing as well. They're welcoming, accommodating, and truly appreciate their customers. Their pricing is fair, and the level of service is hard to beat. There have even been times when I've called close to closing, and they've gone out of their way to fit me in, which I never take for granted. My case was awkward walk-in and was seen immediately. It was much later in the afternoon too and there was no issues. A 60-minute massage was arranged and a couple add ons were available for additional pricing. The sugar scrub made the most sense to add. Combos are also available, such as neck, back, etc. The foot reflexology starts at $30 for 30 minutes and increases by $15 for 60 minutes and another $20 for 90 minutes while the combo starts $35. Foot detox is also available for $25. We were brought over to a room with dimmed lighting and serene music for relaxing. I'm not sure how many rooms there are in total but there's a set of three beds for each room. A basket is placed by the head for personal belongings. They begin with placing a thin sheet/blanket for comfort and then an another on your face to cover your eyes to relax you. For one, it's definitely less distracting and what I was told is that it makes it less awkward for the reflexologist. While focusing on one foot, the other leg was covered too. I noticed that they focused on specific areas of the feet with most of a downward motion and then extends it further to your legs and repeating the motion. It was definitely relaxing and any tension that had built up was most certainly diminished. They were most certainly professionals in their craft and even offered us water bottles to rehydrate. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.

Then after I gave cash and money for a tip, I asked for some change back and she said there is no change I asked for five of my dollars back that would have gone towards a $15 tip which was more than 20% on a service that I did not even want that was a charge for and she said I could not have it back. So not only was I up charged, but they also took my money for a tip would not return it, and on top of it all I did not even get what I asked for. All the while they are just trying to tell you what you want and what you will be better and not listen to a thing and then to take your money at the end and act like they have no ability to give it back. Even if they would have given me my five dollars back it would have been a 20% tip on what the services should have cost. I guess to each their own if they have to act this way to make money, but now I will not be back. I have been to this place a number of times, and have always been courteous, and been a good tipper, I have no idea why they would have acted this way today but now I will not be back. I hope that extra $25 they squeezed out of me today is everything that they need it to be because I will no longer spend money at this establishment.

She did a great job of back walking for the first 10 minutes and I asked her to make it 90 minutes deep tissue. Although she was knowledgeable about anatomy and the where my body needed the most work, it was not deep tissue. All she did was continue to apply more massage oil and rubbing it slightly over my body. There was never any deep tissue pressure that I expected, even after I told her to press harder. She just added more oil, both when I was face down and face up, while partially covered with a sheet. I came away not feeling any better than when I entered the spa. So I will not be returning.
