I wrote a Google review earlier today because of my experience or lack thereof. I felt like the person was rushed and it was the opposite of a relaxing pedicure experience. She didn't even bother to leave the paraffin wax on longer than 60 seconds. She also cut the skin off my toe to the point where it was bleeding and took a few minutes to clot. After leaving the honest review, she called me to complain about me writing the negative feedback. Thought I should share my experience beyond a Google review. read more

This place was a miss for me. The service requested was just a plain pedicure with regular polish, nothing fancy. The pedicure was subpar, even after two people got involved. My nails were cut so short it hurt for 3-4 days after. The good part is the place is clean and has comfortable chairs. Maybe they were having an off day, but I don't think they provided even basic quality of service for their high prices. read more

I just moved to the area and was missing my old nail salon. I thought I could never find a place as quality as they were... and then I found Nailz Bizzare! The staff was so friendly, kind and courteous. I came on a busy day too and they were short-staffed, but not once did my nail tech (Tracy) rush through her work with me or made me feel like a burden. She was diligent, attentive to the tiniest detail, chatted with me, and made my nails look beautiful in the process! The best part -- only $35 and NO PAIN whatsoever!! I could also tell by the way the staff interacted with their regulars who came in that it's a very welcoming place to be. Just moved to the neighborhood and tried Nailz Bizzare for the first time. I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. Both came out great, and I was pleasantly surprised that the regular pedicure came with a paraffin wax treatment, which usually costs more at other places. Staff was super nice. Staff were hostile and grumpy. They knowingly charged us twice the transaction fee and increased it by a couple bucks even though they had a sign posted informing customers it was a $3 charge - we were charged $8. The nail studio is incredibly disheveled-we left feeling more stressed than when we arrived. One of the staff berated another staff member openly. The only other customer was complaining about her nail length. My nails chipped within 2.5 days. Won't ever go back and considering not even going back to have them fix my manicure. read more

This was my third visit, first time was just a pedi. The last two I got manis with some simple nail art or so I thought. The first mani I was a little disappointed but wanted to give them a chance, well it didn't get better and to top it off they asked me three times if I liked it knowing it isn't good, I just nodded my head. The owner rings me up and she wants to see so I show her and she laughed out loud because the art is so bad lol anyways don't ask for the older lady, she digs her nails into your hands and feet and is really grumpy. read more

They got me in 30 minutes after I walked in which I thought was nice, considering they were very busy and closed in an hour and a half. In their last hour of being opened I got my acrylics filled and a new design. I like the design but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting and had showed. All in all, I'm sure I'll be back. Not 100% sure what their prices are considering they weren't advertised anywhere that I saw but it cost me $50 not including tip. I was not given a breakdown of why it was $50 which other salons usually do just to clarify. read more

We made an appointment for three pedicures at 11:30a and got seated right away, after we chose our nail polish colors. Other people who came in without appointments were accommodated quickly, also. The chairs were comfortable, and you may turn on the controls to start the massage for your back. I left mine off. The water to soak your feet in was nice and hot, I don't care for luke warm water. We each paid a dollar for clean supplies that they would use on us, to file our nails, and that you can keep when you leave. We all got the regular pedicure for $25.00 each. My pedicurist took off my old polish, trimmed my nails, and put paraffin on my feet to make it smooth. I thoroughly enjoyed my leg and especially the foot massage that my pedicurist gave me. It was soothing and relaxing. Finally, she painted my toes. The final effect was superb. The selection of nail polishes were fine. I like the color that I chose for myself. We were all satisfied with our pedicures and are ready for a night out on the town! read more

It's pricey in my opinion but they do a darn good job! I got my nails done twice at this place. Not a single chipping or peeling and I went back to get fresh mani pedi only because my nails grew!
