I came in for four thermal facelift treatments through Groupon and repeatedly expressed that I did not financially feel comfortable with extra charges or financing. Instead of respecting that, I was pressured into opening a CareCredit account and am now somehow being told I owe over $1,000. What makes this even worse is that nothing extra was even done to my face. No additional facials, no advanced treatments, no major add-ons, nothing. I genuinely believed I had far more visits or services included because there is absolutely no logical explanation for four thermal treatments turning into over $1,000 in debt. The lack of transparency and the way women are pressured into financing while already expressing discomfort is disgusting. I specifically voiced feeling uncomfortable in the office, and now I completely understand why. I am already pursuing legal action and reporting this situation because women deserve to know what they are walking into before being financially manipulated like this.

I believe this was deliberate sexual assault. When I spoke about this to my plastic surgeon, he seemed to think that perhaps these people did not know how to use the laser. Paul has responded saying that I did not complain at the time. This is a deliberate falsehood. I complained that he used too much force, then I complained that his wife used too much force, and eventually I gave up and allowed neither one of them near my breasts so they could not harm me that way anymore. Paul has also said I was abrasive, directly contradicting his remark that there were no complaints. Finally, Paul claims that more than 6 rounds of laser should be necessary for full reduction -- however, the laser did not remove a single hair.
