The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. It has been over a month and after a trip expensive trip to the ER and time, it is mostly feeling healed. It was Excessive Pressure. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It is probably not worth contacting an attorney at this point. ($1600 ER bill) and many days of pain, but an expensive lesson. Higher priced massages does not necessarily equate to higher quality.

Then we were called into separate massage rooms and were asked if there's any areas of focus / areas to stay away from. I loved the set up of the room; it really enhanced the experience. There was soft music playing in the room but I hated that the next door rock music was loud enough to be heard. The hour went by so fast. I could have literally stayed there for hours. Our appointments were the last of the day (5PM), but I felt 100% attended to - they even went after closing time to account for time we lost checking in to place.
