She is so nice and so professional. I am truly impressed with the entire staff. This is the first time in a long time that I didn't feel like I was being rushed, I wasn't given a sales pitch to buy additional products and I felt completely comfortable. I previously had a membership here and always enjoyed my services (massage & facials). My only recommendation is for a website upgrade because it is cumbersome and takes too long to find out if there is simple availability due to always being toured to waiver consent which should be saved until the final stage if checking out. The website alone has resulted in me getting frustrated and not proceeding with making reservations. read more

I booked an appointment at 7:30pm on Friday for a 10am Swedish massage on Saturday for my birthday and I was treated so well. I felt so special the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I left the place. I was given a free 15 min compression session as well as a birthday discount towards my massage. The customer service was impeccable. The owner Jason welcomed me and I was given a hot cup of ginger tea before my massage which I was able to enjoy before my massage. My masseuse Erika was amazing. I literally had the best massage of my life and I have had many massages. They have so many therapies but I think their selling point is the cryotherapy. I'd like to try it one day. I booked a Thai massage with one days notice. The staff was accommodating and I received the booked service as planned. My masseuse was kind and communicated through the massage yet the massage itself was underwhelming for me. I asked for deep pressure and received it, but the stretching I expected to receive was. Minimal. The cost of the massage was also expensive $180 plus tip for 120 minutes. This was not a bad experience but not the best either. read more

Best kept secret in the Wylie /Murphy area!! The spa is located across from Wal-Matt in a retail strip but that slips out of mind once you're inside. It's very clean, classy and relaxing. While they offer a variety of services, I have had only experienced 4 lymphatic massages w/ Lucy and she is fantastic! They have air filters through out, no pushing products on your way out and everyone has been accommodating and polite. It's very likely you will interact with the owners on any given day. We came on Saturday for a couples massage. My wife had a swedish/sports massage and I had a deep tissue. The two massueses (had to look that up) we had were freaking awesome. First time discounts or not this was an amazing experience. The establishment is clean, the reception was friendly and professional, and the tables were heated (awesome). Today was my 1st visit with MBC! I moved from San Fran to Dallas Metro Area about 2.5 years ago and didn't have a Spa location that I could trust. I was petrified to try somewhere. I have been dragging my feet and my face/skin was showing it. I went online to Yelp and saw all the reviews for MBC.... So I went ahead and booked an appointment. I was booked with Sasa. When I got there it was very calming. They immediately took me into a small room that had aromatherapy oils and coffee/tea available. Sasa came in within 3 min to get me. Took me back to the room and proceeded to give me 1.5 hour Vitamin C Facial & Microderm Abrasion. It was THE BEST Facial I have ever been given. Trust me when I say I am faithful to the place I find. I went regularly in San Francisco. Monthly and my face/skin never felt this good. Sasa recommended that I moisturize 2x a day morning and night due to my skin oil levels and that I come back for Vitamin C Facials 1x a month to keep it in shape. TY MBC!!!!! Despite running late and leaving my wallet at home, I called to inform and they were still able to accommodate my appointment. I was greeted by name from John, who had helped with my appointment setting the previous day! That set the tone for being met with the forms and discussing the body wraps and cryo services with Abby. After completing the forms, Lucy provided a wonderfully therapeutic massage. She asked what I needed overall and listened- and followed through within the service! Afterwards both Lucy and John offered following services in preparation for subsequent visits, provided a test area for potential body wrap scheduling, and supported how I might navigate rendering services with my insurance to allow for further scheduling of healing services I was really impressed by everyone's attention to details, supporting services, and recommendations without being pushy. I really like this place. They offer more unique products than I have ever seen in a spa. They give you a cup of hot ginger tea that everyone has to try. It starts off your spa experience with such a nice treat. My facial was so wonderful. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. The products she used were exceptional. I went for a hydro facial since people were raging about hydro facials and how wonderful they would be. This location has great ratings and I think they definitely offer a great variety of services. I have had massages by all of the therapists here and all are great, each with their own style. I encourage clients to try other therapists because each of us will not be able to satisfy 100% of clients 100% of the time. Communication during your massage is key in getting what you need out of your session, but I digress. :) Luckily for everyone, Massage Bliss is staffed by only knowledgeable therapists so anyone will be able to find their perfect match. Sweet staff, calming atmosphere, and nice specials throughout the year. My husband surprised me for Mother's Day with a special for a 2-hour Swedish massage, and scheduled the week after to have more selection on times for me. I received a call the Saturday morning I was schedule to see if I could come in earlier due to someone canceling. I was fine with that because it worked with my schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted, and immediately escorted to the room. I made a restroom stop, and it looked clean with nice music playing and towels to wash hands. The massage room also looked clean, dark to set the mood, and calming with sound music. I just had a baby 8 weeks ago via c-section, and the massage therapist was very accommodating to make my experience comfortable, pain free, and relaxing. Typically I just stay quiet and enjoy the silence during a massage. However, that day I was talkative with the massage therapist, who was lovely in conversation. She had expressed she too does not talk much during a massage, but we had a good time talking. I was offered water at the end and explained about the Father's Day special and their current packets. Standing in a cloud of liquid nitrogen in subzero temps as low as -321°? Wasn't sure what to expect when I bought a 3 pack cryotherapy and 3 Normatec sessions on Groupon. Was initially nervous, but the staff was awesome and talked me through it. Yes, it's freezing cold, (you will shake!) but the 3 minutes will pass quickly. :) The Normatec beforehand is enjoyable and is supposed to help circulation. It is a relaxing atmosphere, the staff is friendly and informative, and the health benefits are worth it. Also, I like that everything is really clean and it smells nice like a spa. read more
