Went in for what I though was a splinter. I was told I would have to go to an orthopedist for the removal since it was a cyst. They were also going to prescribe some medication for my eyelashes falling out but wanted my eye doctor to approve since I have glaucoma. When I asked for a form to send my eye doctor for his approval, the doctor then met me at the exit desk and whispered that the medication may cause some damage to my glaucoma. They got me scheduled next day for a signature facial and microderm. The staff was very kind when I walked in and my appointment started on time which I love. It took about 45 minutes and was very relaxing. I also love the product line they use! My esthetician was friendly and willing to offer opinions on a few things I had questions about. Memberships are very reasonably priced and I will definitely be back! Parking is no issue and they have a really nice lobby for waiting with fruit infused water. I did find it to be a little cold in the room so if you naturally run cold like me keep that in mind!

Many, many years…read moreago, I lived/worked in a Dermatology office in the Beverly Hills area of LA.  I saw all the 'things that can go wrong' while new techniques were being learned and tested.  Because of this, I'm very cautious when it comes to these things.  This past year, I began noticing tiny lines above my upper lip that look terrible when wearing lipstick.  I did not know nurse-injectors would/could do something as amazing and beautiful as Melissa.  It's as if the lines never existed!!  She doesn't fill-up your lip (ie duck-look); she doesn't fill a line along the vermilion border (ie making top of lip stick out).  She is an artist!! She takes her time accessing, injecting a tiny amount, accessing, injecting a tiny amount, etc -- in each line and/or tiny area needing a supportive boost.  The result is absolutely beautiful!!
