From the start, the therapist didn't ask what type of massage I wanted, and it felt like I was just rubbed the entire time without much attention to pressure or specific problem areas. I had really hoped to get relief from the knots in my shoulders, which have been very tense, but she mostly used her arms instead of her hands or fingers to apply targeted pressure. For my legs, the same approach was used--lots of oil and arm movements with minimal pressure, which didn't address my muscle tension as I'd hoped. Not sure if I'll be returning, as I didn't feel the deep relief I was looking for.

For New Years this year, I had a bunch of friends over and he spent half the day with us giving 3 of us massages. I was surprised to see the lack of knowledge she has toward such a service. I went into the bathroom afterwards and could not control the amount if fluids that were coming out of me. It was very uncomfortable. The Dr did not even ask if I was okay. 4. At the end when me and my friend went to pay, the owner, my friend and I paid a deposit towards our appointment online (which it says will count to your service upon your appointment). She still proceeded to charge us a full 75 dollars. I was such in a rush to get home to clean the mess in the restroom that I couldn't ask about the deposit. In total we spent 93 dollars for a 20 minute service that we didn't get anything out of. 5. There was no briefing for the service. I was hoping she would tell us how to prepare before and after such an intense service but there was none.
