I feel bad because I started out with one of those (silent service please) cards on the stool ((sorry Angella)) but as the service got started, she gave me tidbits of information on what she was doing and why. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. Even as I'm sitting at home, I expected to feel kind of crappy after because of all the toxins being pushed out but I feel great. I can not say enough good things about Angella. I highly highly recommend for a lymph massage if you're looking for someone! I'll definitely be back!

I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee. Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere. The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience. Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.

I guess this is to loosen you up, but for me is a waste of 20 minutes, as I would find there wasn't enough time to spend on my legs or something at the end. The massage…read moretherapists started to direct us to separate rooms but when we asked if it was possible to have our massages in the same room they looked confused and then guided us to a very small room with two massage tables extremely close to each other. We were told to undress and we chose to keep our underwear on. As I was laying on my table, I could feel the other massage therapists repeatedly brushing against my arm because there was so little space for them to work and it was very distracting. On top of that, the music is very low and the rooms have a few inches of open space between them at the top of the partition walls and we could hear the man in the next room very loudly enjoying his massage (if that's all that was going down..) which again, was very distracting. My masseuse asked me if I had any problem areas and I told her I'd like to focus on my shoulders and neck, as I carry a lot of my stress there and that part went fine. It wasn't until she started massaging my lower back that I really questioned what kind of establishment this is. Firstly, she straddled my legs to massage my butt and literally pulled cheeks out of my underwear which made me feel very uncomfy and lingered there for quite some time. I was too embarrassed to look over at my fiance but he told me afterwards that his masseuse straddled the back of his head to massage his lower back and was folding him up like a pretzel and also massaged VERY close to his private bits. Mid session, they both stopped the service to push/pull his massage table a few inches. Again, distracting. They also used the hot stones on our backs which were scalding hot and that didn't feel great until probably 1-2 minutes after they cooled. After the massages were done, my fiance went to pay and when he applied the tip, his masseuse made a show of looking, making a disgusted/insulted face and saying "For both?". He left a 20% tip which is honestly more than I would have tipped for the service we received and he said "Yes. $190 is 20%." to which she smiled and said "$200 is better." I still can't believe the audacity. Anyway, safe to say- we won't be back. Their prices are good but I question their qualifications and would not be surprised if they offer "other services" iykyk... the haggling over the tip was the last straw.
