I've been coming to ME Covington for over a year, getting massages multiple times a month to help with my Fibromyalgia symptoms, and love it. I've had massages with several therapists, all good, but now have regular appointments with Erik as he was by far the best massage I've ever had - and I've been getting massages for year (at ME and spas.) Without fail, Erik is always on top of whatever needs the most work. Erik is beyond attentive and in tune with my needs and is always thorough with our sessions. But the ME Covington experience isn't limited to Erik's awesome massages (and trust me, they - and he - are awesome.) The desk staff (like Shelby and Ricki) are always warm and welcoming when I arrive and check out, offering water or tea. The reminder calls are friendly and for someone with memory problems this is a huge assistance. I'm always asked how my massage was and if there is anything else I need as I'm checking out. I'm also given, without pressure, the chance to book my next appointment - which is great because Erik books up super fast! The location is clean and relaxing, from the front area to the bathroom, to the quiet room (where they have convenient mints and a soothing water feature.) Yes, this is massage location in a strip mall - but trust me, that won't matter once you get past the front desk. Customer service is clearly a top priority for the staff at ME Convington. I've filled out the post massage email surveys and received feedback calls from Tina on two occasions to check in. This showed me loud and clear I wasn't wasting my time, and that my feedback mattered and was being heard. Bottom line is the staff and therapists care about the clients. Debbi Hunter has been a fan of massage envy for a couple years now. My favorite masseuse is Mary, it's hard to get a hold of her but it's worth it. I have found that scheduling ahead of time even if it is a weeks ahead of time is the way to go. I'm doing physical therapy right now after surgery and she's in the middle of my schedule for physical therapy appointments Mary really knows what she's doing and willing to help in any way. Along with any of the other people that I receive massages from. I just happen to have always wanted a very deep tissue massage and she's the only one that could really get in then get rid of those aching muscles read more

I have always been going to massage envy for a couple of years now, I flux between a couple times a month to 1 time but always a 2 hour session. when I cut back i experienced the issues my guy was sick, on a vacation, family issues hard to get appointments, then he was gone so i changed therapists i am at the end of the contract so for the last 2 months i just continued to pay to stay a member. I then had my credit stolen so am waiting for a new credit card in the interim i go and pay in person by check. I try just to make an appointment and I pay them their monthly fee and an additional hour. This time I wanted to make an appointment not just for me but also my sister i would pay them their monthly fee (then) but they suspended me until i come pay. They won't make an appointment even (I am not on contract) they don't want my business. The assistant manager says come pay them for the month then they will make an appointment. I then told them i am not on contract i am paying them just to stay a member without a contract just to continue on apparently they don't like that cause when i said i will take my business else where if they won't even give me an appointment till i pay them the monthly fee. they just said fine. Know i don't know what to do with the gift cards i have I buy hundreds in gift cards from them. I understand business but to not even make an appointment and treat me like i mean nothing any longer unless i am locked in to their contract and they can auto take it instead of me paying when i come in is insulting. They offered this stay as a member just keep paying deal then treat you poorly it is very offensive. read more

Let me first start by saying that I have had over 20 years of body work. I have been visiting the Covington Massage Envy Clinic for the last 6 months and have yet to have a bad massage. They always match me up with a therapist that best suits my needs depending on what I'm dealing with that day. Multiple times they were able to get me an appointment the same day, or I schedule my appointments out in advance if I want to see a particular therapist. The staff upfront is always very friendly and they make me feel at home when I am spending time in the clinic. They offer me water and walk me back to their very relaxing quiet room while I wait for my massage. Overall, I would say that the staff and clinic as a whole goes above and beyond and makes me feel like I am getting way more value out of my membership than what I actually pay. read more

The spa was nice but at first glance it made me feel like a tanning salon with all the doors. The waterfalls and music soon wiped away any other thought than to just relax, enjoy and breath! I have had massages ranging from great to oh my what have I got myself into! Massage Envy was one of the better massages I have had. Add in the price and Shazzzam! I think I have found a new place to visit on a regular basis! I completely Loved the fact there was no delay getting in the same day! I called, they were able to get me in 45 minutes later! Personalized service by my massage therapist, Sara made it a fantastic massage!!. I appreciate that she seemed to understood that a migraine like what I had was making my life totally insane! Covington shop needs help..Bathrooms not really clean (wastepaper cans full)...and the place just did not smell good at all....I mentioned it, and was told for 10 dollars, I could have an aroma..are you kidding me?Also, what place has a sign that say "Gratuity 12-18 dollars...for a 39 dollar massage? My girl was very nice, but very inexperienced. Do not go there if you are expecting anthing more than just out of high school. I tipped 10$ and was pretty much made to feel guilty about it..Too bad..I would have been a regular. read more

I absolutely love this place! I had been to several massage envy clinics throughout the term of my membership (i travel a bunch for work and you can use your membership at all clinics) but none have felt quite like home as much as the covington clinic has. I always have wonderful conversation with the ladies at the front and my all the therapists that I have tried there are all unique but equally amazing. I can really tell that to this location its all about the customer, not making all the money they can. No business is perfect, everyone should know that, and there is always going to be someone that doesn't have their idea of a perfect experience, but take it from someone that has been with massage envy for over a year now, the covington location is so wonderful! read more

If I can give this location no stars I would. I called to make an appointment for a 2 hour massage, Jenna got all the info and wanted a credit card to hold the appointment. First of all, this is an inconvenience since I was relaxing and two, I never make an appointment I don't keep. What type of business is this? No trust in the customers. Oh well, their loss. I'll be sure to tell others not to go there when there's other places that don't require your credit card. read more

I am a frequent customer. Every time I make an appointment, I have the hope that they improve their services upon the last time I went. I do not know why I kept the hope after 4 times but now I am sure that I will never go again. Read the contract! If you sign up for a year YOU MUST PAY FOR A YEAR. There is no way out. I had shoulder problems and I thought message would fix them. Turns out I needed to go to physical therapy. They told me I needed a doctor's note saying I could not receive messages any more to break the contract. My doctor said I could still get them, they just wouldn't help. I have paid for messages for almost a year an only used one. They say there is no way to get my money back, they are not transferable and it's unstoppable. I can't drive by the place without it making me angry. I will never go in there again. I wasted $720. That was a very expensive lesson. read more

I've been going here for 1.5 years now and am very happy with the service. I've had two therapists. Sara does deep tissue massage; it is just perfect for me. The staff is friendly and helpful and has done their best to accomodate me when I've had a last minute conflict. I look forward to seeing Sara every month - and more when I can. read more

I am a regular Massage Envy customer and appreciate the friendly, attentive staff,as well as the spa-like atmosphere. They have a quiet room with a fountain and low lights to help you relax prior to getting your massage. Staff members are quick to offer a drink of water and have recently been offering hot tea, which I need to try. The massage therapists are interested in how they can best help you have the best experience, whether the purpose be relaxation or deep tissue work. I appreciate the deep tissue massage to help loosen my very tight neck, shoulder, and back muscles. Massage Envy is a treat for my physical and emotional well being. read more

In my 67 years I have only had a few massages. Then I got introduced to the Massage Envy in Covington. It is a very warm inviting friendly atmosphere. Sometimes before I make it to the front door someone is there to open the door for me. That is special service! The front desk is always smiling and will take the time to talk to me. Then they take me to the quiet room, which I love the sound of the wall waterfall, which is so relaxing.By appearance they seem to strive to keep the business very clean. For as busy as they are the bathrooms are always spotless. My appointments are always on time and am greeted with my favorite therapist, Diane. I have tried about 5 therapist before I found the perfit fit. She will talk when I want to talk and is quiet when I am quiet to just enjoy the massage. She always finds the spots that need special work. She is gentle but effective. Toward the end of the massage I have to fight to stay awake, she is that good. I hate it when I fall asleep, which is a compliment to the therapist, because I have missed out of the enjoyment. I am so relaxed when she has finished it is difficult to get off the table and go home. I will continue to go to this Massage Envy even tho it is farther than the one in my home town. The one in my town is not as friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this location and have recommended it to my friends, who in turn have also enjoyed it and have told their friends also. They also praise this location and the front desk does not high pressure to join. it is your choice and they make you feel welcome even if you are not a member. read more
