The Bade pools ( yes you have to be in the buff) The jets aren't strong as I wanted. The steam rooms are cool. I love the cold plunge pool. The sauna rooms have a lot to offer. Hinoki room is my favorite. The outdoor pools. There aren't enough lounge chairs .. A lot of the jets dont work...and most of the time women are kiking forever on the jets stations ... The jacuzzi is small but very relaxing. As far as food, it's not worth it! Almost $30 for bulgogi??! I got scallion pancakes and it was dreadful! It's supposed to be crispy! It seemed like they microwaved it. The empanadas was ok. They sell these cute bear drink that had your choice of Sorrel ( hibiscus? Or ginger lemonade. I got sorrel but it was too sweet!! For $9!! The therapists left the room multiple times, applied minimal pressure despite it being a deep tissue service, and frequently rested their elbows in place for extended periods rather than actively working on muscle tension. Overall, it felt like time was being filled rather than treatment being provided. The food was also overpriced for what was offered. For example, a bulgogi bento was around $30, which felt excessive given the quality and portion size. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not a good value for the money.
