I actually reached this location unintentionally while trying to find a central or corporate contact for The NOW after a frustrating experience with another location. Even though the issue had nothing to do with the Chandler studio, the General Manager did not dismiss me, rush me off the phone, or make me feel like I had reached the wrong person. Instead, he listened with patience, empathy, and professionalism. My girlfriend and I are long-time members of The NOW, and we had recently been dealing with a stressful situation involving a chemical spill emergency and mandatory evacuation orders near our home. We had cancelled a massage appointment within the required timeframe through the app, but another location still charged us and removed our credits. When I explained what happened, the Chandler GM immediately took the situation seriously. What stood out most was that he took ownership of a problem he did not create. He looked up our accounts, contacted our home membership location in Long Beach, apologized multiple times on behalf of the brand, and assured us he would follow up. Within about 15 minutes, he called back with an update and the issue was being handled. That type of service is rare. He could have easily told us to contact another location or redirected us elsewhere, but instead he chose to help. He showed the kind of leadership, accountability, and care that makes customers feel valued. The NOW is fortunate to have someone like him representing the brand. His professionalism turned a very stressful experience into a reminder that great customer service still exists. I truly appreciate his help and hope his leadership is recognized.

They simply apologized and offered an "upgrade," but there was no real remorse from management at all. The worst part was that we booked both a facial and a massage. The facial was canceled, but the massage was supposedly still on. Nobody told us ahead of time that we would need to come back later. After driving over an hour to get there, we were told to wait another hour and a half for the next available massage time. At that point, we simply walked out. No one followed up afterward, and the manager never returned our calls despite leaving messages with the front desk. If you value your time and want to avoid disappointment on a special occasion, I'd recommend booking somewhere else that actually values its customers.
