After a weekend of celebration, I'd like to thank my forethought for taking the day off work and booking a massage. And I'd like to thank my girlfriends for such a generous gift. I hadn't had a massage in years and hadn't been to massage envy in so long that I was removed from their system. Becky was absolutely incredible. She hit my right shoulder, pressure points on my glutes, soles of my feet, palms and neck/hair/temples with the pressure each needed. She did magic in 50 minutes. I'm also impressed with their forms asking about areas of focus and consent. (Yes to all!). Their current $80/month membership sounds like a good deal considering their massages start at $150 and you can get massages, facials or stretching sessions for a monthly credit. read more

Actually love the vibe here versus the other locations. Most of my massages have been great! However, THEIR inconsistent booking process has cost ME to lose 1/2 a massage. Only sometimes do they send you a text for confirmation. So if you grow accustomed to the reminders and cadence of booking, and decide to book online one time instead, they will not send you a reminder confirmation which caused me to miss my massage. They need to adopt a consistent reminder/confirmation process that their customers can rely on. Having me pay a fee when their system failed to confirm, is unfair and poor practice. read more

What an incredible disappointment. I have been visiting this location for quite some time, like clockwork every 4 weeks. Same massage therapist, same time, same 90 minutes, so I was surprised when I received a text today asking me to confirm my 2 hour appointment. I responded that I didn't book 2 hours, I booked 90 minutes, as I do every time. Even more disappointing that the therapist I love is leaving town for a month and this would have been my last chance to have her work on me. Instead of providing great customer service, I was told I had to take the 2 hours or a 50 minute to be accommodated - but clearly they had booked out the 2 hours, so I don't understand WHY they couldn't just edit the appointment to 90 minutes. Every person I have booked with asks if I want 2 hours & I reply the same every time - I only want 90 minutes, I can't be on the table for longer than that! They can clearly look at my past visits & see the pattern. Instead the gal who calls me back says "well just have to take you off the book tomorrow & not charge you". Well friend, if I cancel today I am not charged anyhow so that's not customer service. Sadly the therapist is one of the best I have ever had, and it's a crap shoot at all Massage Envy's across the U.S., even worse is that now I won't ever book with her again, as I won't go back to this location ever again! read more

I am writing this review to tell you about my unfortunate and disheartening experience at the North Hollywood Massage Envy. I had thought the yearlong contract would be a good idea and thought using my FSA spending card would be advantageous but before long I realized that my card would quickly be drained and I would have nothing available to me in the event of an emergency, and then when that ran out, I had to resort to charging it to a credit card driving up the balance. I informed them that this was fine for their wealthy clients and a great deal for Massage Envy but in my case, it was causing great hardship. Subsequently, I had a few conversations with them telling them that it was a financial hardship for me and that I wanted out to no avail. Most recently this conversation was with their manager Donny who told me that I had signed a contract and there was no way out, ostensibly informing me that any financial hardship was of no concern, and that they would continue to extort money from me until the 12 payments had been made. He also said he was the highest person I could talk to and that no corporate entity existed which is untrue. At this point any pretense to concern about my health and well-being was revealed to be insincere. I was hoping that he would show some compassion or concern but that was not the case. One of the most upsetting things is when it finished and the nightmare was finally over, I was only allowed 60 days to use the massages or they would be lost, indicating that not only would they be bilking me of my money but were under no obligation to provide any service in return. I'm not sure how anyone could feel comfortable with an arrangement like that, but at this point I'm so disgusted I don't even want to set foot in the door. Subsequently, I called back having read a review on Yelp from someone who had run into the same problem and asked how he could be comfortable with this. He said he didn't care about Yelp reviews and said he wasn't going to argue with me. For that reason, I thought: You're right, you're not going to argue with me and hung up on him because I hadn't called to argue, I had called to ask for a little consideration and found none. This has been a terrible experience and as I have stated a hardship for me. So, I'm hoping that by sharing my experience I will save others from running into the same trap that I did, as it is a trap that no one should be coerced into falling for. See response below: That is not really helpful since the franchise location is the source of the problem and as my review makes clear has no intention of offering assistance or remedying the situation. This is why I emailed corporate and of course got no response because this racket they're running is obviously company wide. Massage Envy is a hot mess. Their membership is a TRAP and a SCAM. Since their base price for a massage is $145, and their membership price is $75, it's almost impossible to not opt for a membership. However, even though they call it a "monthly membership," they trap you in for a year, and they only allow you to cancel your membership with a note from a physician, stating that you can physically no longer receive massages. But they DO NOT refund you for any accrued membership credits after you cancel. They only give you 60 days to use the remaining massages you paid for... BUT HOW CAN I USE THEM IF I HAD TO HAVE A PHYSICIAN TELL YOU I WAS UNABLE TO GET THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE? They also don't let you transfer the massages to anyone else. Aside from the incredible unfairness, there is literally a law in California called the Automatic Renewal Law, (Business and Professions Code §§ 17600-17606) that states that membership renewals must be straightforward, "cost-effective, timely, and easy-to-use". I called a lady at 3:30PM today who again refused to refund me for my expired massage credits, and I said I guess I have no choice but to sue? And she said "okay you're welcome to go ahead and do that." Excited for our court date! read more

Massage Envy is a diamond in the rough. They have a ton of massage rooms, a very small quiet area up front you can relax in before your massage, and incredibly friendly staff. I had a one hour massage yesterday with Miguel and it was the best massage I've ever had!! I have chronic back pain and had been having a flare up. Miguel worked really hard and focused on my lower back to really release the tension. Later that day and today my back pain is gone!!! I will 100% be coming back to have another appointment with him next time my back pain flares up. read more

Don't go here. There are so many cheaper and better places in Los Angeles and nearby. I booked a 30 min stretch season, which was a whooping $73. I expected to get stretched for 25-30 mins. Nope 20 mins, and I didn't feel a single stretch. I kindly told the people at the front desk that I was disappointed and they in turn told me I should have read the booking more clearly. I shouldn't have to read fine print to know I'm getting 2/3 of the service I paid for. But that didn't stop them from trying to sell me on more massages for stretch sessions. Then they had the audacity to ask me for a 29% tip, not including credit card fee. I want my money and time back. Horrible way to spend my birthday also. read more

If I wasn't having the issue I am having, they would easily be 5 stars, My issue is being able to use what I have prepaid to use. Original Post starts here: Not very helpful. I have 109 services that are prepaid. That is worth $7,085.00 that Massage Envy refuses to honor. The Sherman Oaks location closed which they moved to North Hollywood (the same owner of both locations) so I am writing this on the location I know they own. It is absurd that Massage Envy refuses to transfer my services to my wife because of "Massage Envy Corporate Policy" but each location is a franchise. They cannot transfer my services to another location within a certain radius because the new location would be on the hook for the $7,085.00 because of "Massage Envy Corporate Policy" which will not make the originating location transfer the money to them. This is absurd! Locations cancel appointments regularly or it is too hard to get one on their App. (It makes me wonder if the locations that cancel apointments do so, because they might not be getting paid the full $65.00 pre-paid amount for the membership for that massage)? It's just a guess. Massage Envy has had class action lawsuits against them before for refusing to honor the pre-paid services when accounts get cancelled. In my case, my account was overdue because of our credit card was compromised. They were nice enough to waive one month of the past due amount but charged me to "reactivate" the account to use the pre-paid services. To their credit, they offered to put a "freeze" on the monthly membership fee for $10.00/month to allow me time to use the pre-paid services and allowed me to transfer 5 of my services to my wife which now leaves me with 104 services to attempt to use. I will update if I can successfully use them although I have my doubts I will be able to do so. If they would just transfer the majority of them to my wife, she would be able to eventually use them. I am NOT holding my breathe that this will work, but we will see. To "Massage Envy Corporate Policy" makers, customers don't want to hear "It's Massage Envy Policy" as a reason or an excuse, especially for pre-paid services that are not able to be used because you have locations closing and locations that are understaffed. The "It's Massage Envy Policy" is not fair to customers that when they signed up to become members of a location that closed and move to another location. The "It's Massage Envy Policy" is not fair to those who have services built up and are unable to utililize them because of all the locations that you had advertised everywhere have now all closed and there are limited locations that one can go get their pre-paid services performed. Today, if I were a new customer, I would find a small private company and pay them for services rendered at the time they are rendered because as of now, with so many locations that have closed or are understaffed -- you have NO Guarantee that you will be able to use them all. Horrible customer service!!! I was able to book a same day appt today but unfortunately I called a bit after booking to reschedule d/t an error on my end. The receptionist who assisted me in scheduling the first appt answered again and helped me with my rescheduling and never mentioned about a cancellation fee. Manager Maleah called me back a few minutes later to tell me that I should be aware the cancellation fee will be applied. I am a member here and am so unpleased with how rude and unprofessional this lady was. She does not deserve to be a manager. Did not handle my concern in a way pleasing to her customer. I have held back on reviewing prior bc I love my esthetician Cassandra is amazing but this experience is by far the worst I've encounters at any spa I've ever been to. My massage was scheduled for 2:00pm. I got there at 1:54 PM, around 2pm they put me in an area to wait for my therapist. 2:07pm I was in the room and my massage started around 2:10pm. I was finished by 2:58pm. So, my hour massage was roughly 45 minutes give or take. The front desk asked me questions about what areas I want the massage therapist to focus on, the pressure and allergies. I told her hard, neck, shoulders, and lower back. The massage therapist (Janet) did not focus on my lower back, did not even touch the area. She did get to neck and shoulders for a little bit, but it was not focused at all and she fell asleep. Get to that later. She only focused on my back, but again not the LOWER back, and it just felt like someone was rubbing on me who is not trained. Keep in mind I once was a professional athlete, so I know exactly what it feels like to receive a great massage. The pressure, the technique, everything. Also, she only rubbed my left foot, can't say massage cuz this was not that. I don't go to Massage Envy because of this. Massage therapists that are not properly trained. are usually at Massage Therapy. This is just my opinion from trying them before a two different locations and word of mouth. This is probably my third time trying them. The only reason why I went there in the first place was because my friend gave me his session... Very disappointed. Back to Janet felling asleep on me. When she asked me to flip over, she didn't cover my eyes, which is why I know she fell asleep. She kept stopping and doing a pause which had me wondering what was going on. I opened my eyes and there she was sleeping, looking like she was about to kiss my forehead, because she kept slightly coming towards my face. Then she abruptly woke herself up and continued massaging. Then ended the session soon after that. Was such a weird ending. Maybe she was embarrassed from falling asleep and maybe this massage was horrible b/c she was tired... I have no idea. She was waiting at the front when I came out and I don't remember what she said b/c honestly I was upset I wasted my time, but when she left I expressed to the front desk that it was the worse massage I have ever received. They didn't really let me finish saying exactly what was bad, but I did mention she fell asleep, once they heard that they said they will leave it on file for me. Not sure what that will do b/c that was the first and last time I will ever go there. So maybe management will see it. I hope they train their employees better so should not be there. Also, it's really cold in there. They keep it on 70 degrees and it's more than half empty so there's not much body heat in there. My feet were freezing, but the table is heated only good thing I have to say. To MASSAGE ENVY... You're disappointed but you didn't do anything about. I did exactly as you said and crickets. I called here and spoke with the loveliest receptionist (I can't believe I don't remember her name but she has the best voice - voiceover agents need to call and scoop her up). She recommended Alex to me so I booked her next available. Alex. Is. Amazing. From the moment she touched me, I felt a complete shift in energy and totally grounded. This woman is the definition of peace. She used the perfect pressure and listened to my body. I felt like a different person mentally and physically walking out. Go and see Alex. You will not regret it. And I'm just gonna say this last part that sounds crazy bc I don't usually believe in "this kind of stuff" - after I left her, a string of unbelievably lucky, crazy things happened to me. Very good service. I usually arrive 5-10 minutes before my appointment. The very friendly and helpful man at the front has helped me multiple times. He offers me a neck pillow while I wait. The therapist, Stephanie, greets me and leads me to the room. She then asks me how I'm feeling and the areas I'd like focused on as well as pressure. Stephanie is a great therapist. She focuses on the areas I request, she checks in throughout the massage to ask about pressure. She is skilled at deep tissue massage and I can usually take light- medium pressure, but, she can do really firm, if you want. I have also had a few facials with Elise, who is also very skilled and knowledgeable. I've been happy with how my skin looks and feels after. I'm always asked how my service was on the way out and if I want to book my next appointment. I have been coming to this location for a few months now and have had great consistent service from friendly staff all around. read more

Had a very unpleasant experience at Massage Envy in Santa Monica and once at this location too. The first I shared what I needed and what I preferred was not worked on both of which were completely ignored. The second time a guy kind of rubbed on me so I could feel his erection. Based on that I would never have gone back except that a friend treated me to one at this location which was great, not amazing, but great. So based on that 4 stars for this location, and zero stars for the Santa Monica and Hollywood location. That would usually ring it to a 2 stars but I decided since I had a generally good experience here, I would give it 3 stars. If you get a massage ANYWHERE and feel uncomfortable for any reason, it's ok to tell the massage therapist to stop and/or to get up off the table and gather your clothes. Came in for my first massage of the pandemic year and had a fantastic experience. Plenty of parking in the adjoining structure so its out of the heat. I checked in with a waiver to sign and a temp check. I waited in the main lobby, socially distanced. No water or tea available so bring your own! Karla was my masseuse and she was excellent. I love a med to hard pressure and she delivered. I signed up for another one with her in a few weeks! Looking forward to the next one! She's one of the best i've ever had! I have been here before and gotten a massage and it was great. This time I decided to do something different and try their stretching session. I've done Stretch Lab before and loved it (which is 1/3 the price of Massage Envy) and thought for the price it had to be even better. First, it said it was an hour stretch but it was only 50 mins. Then most of the time was the person putting something under my neck or back or legs and letting me hold it for 2 mins while she sat in the corner. There was no deep stretching at all. Thankfully I paid extra for the massage gun the last 5 mins because otherwise it would have been absolutely terrible. Definitely a waste of time and money. The young woman (so sorry I missed your name) working at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. As I mentioned, I was paired up with Victor and he made the extra effort to take care of my troubled spots. Had a very strange experience at ME. Last week after a massage, as I was dressing, I could not find my T-shirt. When I undressed I had left it with my other sweat clothes next to the massage table. Everyone got involved in looking for it, but it was nowhere to be found, so I ended up leaving bare chested. I left a description of it at the front desk. It had my university logo and cost about $30. I expected to be reimbursed if it wasn't found. It wasn't and I wasn't. Today the owner called me. He very insultingly refused to reimburse me for it. I have a membership with Massage Envy and have gone to a few different locations and therapists but I prefer this location. I always go to Janet for my massages! She is super sweet and does a great job!! I always feel relaxed... As soon as I found her, I knew I was going to stick with her. My back and shoulders are usually always in knots because I work bent over my artwork all of the time, but my back pains have been less and less since I make sure I get a massage every month. I was thinking I may have needed a chiropractor, but just me working out my back and being good about getting a massage has alleviated it. I also get facials every month with Anet! I started with the Microderm and saw results right away and every month now I get a regular facial with some under eye and neck care. She always gives me some recommendations in my skincare regimen which I've been following and, I've seen clothe difference. My face looks and feels really good and different since I've been getting taking care of by her. My dark spots on my cheeks have been going away! And she has great conversations. read more

Sarah was my esthetician and let me tell you about Sarah... as soon as she walked into the lobby to greet me and she said hello, I immediately felt all the good vibes. It was my first facial and didn't know what to expect, she was super friendly and explained the procedures and was so friendly throughout the process. She recommended some tips to me on how to keep my face fresh in between visits. I got an exfoliating foot enhancement which was really nice too! The only stars I'm giving are for the therapists. 99% of my sessions here have been great. This rating is for the front desk/office staff, especially on the heels of the call I just had. I was hopelessly behind on catching up to my massage credits just before the pandemic. Massage Envy opened up as soon as they could and started charging full membership price. I tried to freeze my account a few times in order to catch up (3 months freeze, but you still pay $10 a month and then automatically back to $70 a month again), but booking appointments was nearly impossible. The payment system is completely unfair the way it is set up, and there is little to no empathy with regards to how Covid has affected the therapist availability, or safety of booking appointments. To make my situation even more frustrating, I am in the middle of a divorce. I left my husband in June, my account started back up without warning in August, and started charging his account (was our shared account) $70 a month. He was livid when he realized. It caused a ton of extra issues. I have since moved cities, I live in San Diego now, and definitely have not had a minute to book a massage anywhere, let alone up here in North Hollywood. I called tonight to try to work out a fair plan with the front desk employee. She informed me the only option was to freeze for 3 months, pay $10 a month, try to catch up on my credits (I have 14 I think?!), otherwise they'll charge me $70 again at the end of the three months because....as she so kindly put it...they want to be sure I'm not hustling them. Her exact words. This is on the heels of me explaining that it has been difficult to use these credits due to the pandemic, and I have a complicated situation now with the payments going to my ex husband. She said the freezing option would work best because "it sounds like you're going through a lot." We are ALL going through a lot, and what I don't need is for you to assess my situation. Instead perhaps help me find a fair solution? My experience unfortunately with Massage Envy has been awful. It is wild to me that this company trains their staff to speak to clients this way, after getting so much money out of them, and then continuing to milk them for MORE money when they can't catch up with what they've already paid for, due to a global pandemic. The lack of empathy and accountability is out of control. I made these points to the woman I spoke with, foolishly because of course she didn't care. I don't know why I expected her to. She said if I didn't want to cancel and lose all unused credits after two months if I couldn't book 14 massages in that period of time, and if I didn't want to freeze my account for three months yet still pay $10 a month then automatically full price again, she'd write my name down for the manager to call me back. She stated she was pretty sure she'd call me before I get charged again in December. GREAT. Thanks. At this point, Massage Envy wins regardless of the choice I make. They take advantage of people during the worst possible times, and reap financial benefits and gain from anyone behind on credits during the pandemic shut down, or due to tragic life events. If I cancel now, I will likely be able to find a time that works with my work schedule maybe twice in the next two months, and Massage Envy walks away with ~$840 earned off me. If I freeze, I will be stuck in a hopeless loop while they still make money off of me. It's disgusting business practice. I discourage anyone from booking with a company that treats people this way. read more

I have been a member for years and I had a huge credit of sessions charged on my card. They discontinued my membership without any effort to contact me because my credit card was expired. I lost all the credits that I had and I will not ever join this again. They did not even make an effort to help me. This was my first visit to Massage Envy. The reason I'm giving it any stars at all is for the beautiful ambience and friendly staff. Now to the massage itself. The room was too bright, most Therapist have generally placed a cover over eyes. The room was too warm, granted it was a hot day, but a little cooler would be nice, considering you're covered and cocooned in a sheet AND a blanket. My therapist, a Young man had a pleasant enough demeanor, but I found his skills to be lackluster. I asked him ten minutes in to go deeper... He did, but doesn't have the skills or intuitive nature to know when to let go. Spent far too much time on my neck and shoulders and very little time on my back. Zero arms, hands or fingers. I had added on a sugar scrub for my feet. He told me he was going to forgo my legs and spend the final 20 minutes on my feet. He must've used a tsp of scrub at the most for both feet. Spent far too much time holding them with light touch. One of the things I look for with a masseur, is if they have the ability to maintain contact with the body while getting more lotion. This guy however seems like he'd take a break every time he changed position, or get more lotion or towels. I've experienced much better massages at the plentiful Chinese foot massage or Thai massage places in the area. I've had better foot scrubs from old ladies while getting a pedicure. I used to love this location. I have been trying to pause my membership since August. I was orinally told I could only do that at the location I signed up at, which has been closed for years...flash forward to January when they say ok, you can pause it. They send me paper work stating it can be paused for 6 months. I sign it and send it back . There is an area for managers signature. I ask for a signed copy and they repsond that I can't have 1. And also they can only pause for 3 months. There's a bunch of back and forth. Allegedly they are allowed to have you sign for six months but can then make changes and they would like say it's a franchisee decision. I then say fine. Just send me a signed copy for my records. They refuse and are now actually ghosting me. It's sad. I loved massage envy. I was even the 1st guest at this location when it opened. I just want to pause my membership because I gave 16 massages backed up and haven't gone due to pandemic. It seems as if they are trying to aggravate me so much that I walk away without my credits. Update: Last week, I received an email from Massage Envy North Hollywood that I needed to update my credit card information. After I got the email, I called Massage Envy North Hollywood. I explained that I got this email about updating my CC info and asked if that meant that everything with the transfer and freeze was resolved. I spoke with someone named Sophie, who was very friendly; she looked through my account in the system, saw all the notes, and said, "Yeah, you know what, I'm not sure. You should wait until we get someone to talk to you. Don't give us your CC info until this is resolved." I said, "ok." Susan never contacted me, of course... I have been waiting to hear back since last Friday. In the meantime, I received a response to the complaint I filed through the BBB. Shamicka Lawrence (who is apparently the owner of the North Hollywood location; I have never had any contact with her before) stated in her official response that my account was frozen because I refused to come in and update my credit card information. This is not true. I did not refuse to update my CC info; in fact, I was advised by someone at the location to wait until everything was straightened out. To lie and say that I refused is a pretty bold move on their part. I have rejected the business response through the BBB portal with my comments that this is not actually what happened. I was going to try to continue my membership to finish up my remaining sessions but after this whole turn of events, I believe I will just cut my losses. If you choose to be a member at Massage Envy, I would keep a close eye on your account at all times; the structure of the business with all the franchises leaves a lot of room for error and this kind of mess. And after my experience with this particular location and the way the owner behaved, I would discourage people from being members here. If you get into any kind of situation with your account, she will probably not be very helpful with trying to resolve it. read more

Apparently there is a new owner of the 11 Massage Envys around LA and they are requiring you to put a credit card on file to book an appointment. I have $180 worth of gift cards. They already have the money so why are they requiring me to give a credit card. I am asking them for my gift card money back because I don't want a message from people with draconian rules like requiring a credit card to make a massage appointment. I want to take my money elsewhere. They need to get over themselves. read more

Writing this review for the massage therapist, Josue, I've seen the last two times for three specific reasons. I will continue to request his services. 1) He has great massage techniques. 2) He creates a relaxing environment, specifically not prompting undesired conversation. 3) He has great technique with sheet placement throughout the massage making you feel comfortable. read more

My wife and I chose Massage Envy NoHo for our first massage in over 18 months. It was a special day for us and we both took off work; we were looking forward to it for the past couple weeks. Massage Envy called me less than 90 minutes before the appointment to cancel on us. They offered another appointment over a week later with free essential oil--that's what us taking the day off is worth to them. Yea we're never coming back here. read more

All I can say is WOAH! Normally when I ask for a deep tissue massage it's not good. Either they don't go hard enough or they go too slow, etc. This was not the case here!! A friend of mine gave me a gift card on my birthday and I decide to come here to enjoy a couple massage. The masseurs were pretty nice, and the place was amazing, but they left two bruises on me and my entire body is sore and my partner body is all hurting too. I paid 115 bucks to be sore and bruised up, I will never again come to this place. read more

My new favorite Massage Envy location! Around Valentines Day I treated my boyfriend and me to a couple massage at the Manhattan Beach location. It wasn't as good as I thought, I went in for a full body deep tissue 60 min massage and it was more of a soft touch massage and it wasn't for a full hour. After receiving a gift card and experiencing great customer service when scheduling my appointment I felt comfortable about this location. The countdown began and the day finally came, I was actually excited for this massage thanks to my appt scheduler. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am on a Thursday morning. There was a ton of meter parking available with a 2-hour max from 8am-6pm written on a nearby sign. So I hopped out and walked right in. I was greeted with yet another big smiling staff member. I informed him I had a 10 am appointment and he responded,"Melissa, appt with Janet." That made me feel special. I arrived at the requested 15 mins before my appointment time to feel out paperwork. They have a fancy iPad to complete massage preferences and areas I would like the massage therapist to focus on. He also offered me water while I completed the questionnaire. After I was done, he escorted me to a beautiful waiting area until 10 am for my appt. I asked during scheduling who was the best of the best of the best and one of the staff members requested Janet, so I thought I would give her a try. 10 am hits and Janet comes out right on time, smiling and I felt like I could give her a hug so I did and she told me she loved hugs.. awwww. So we enter the room she confirmed my Muscle Relaxing Aromatherapy (1 free aromatherapy with yelp check-in) and confirmed the areas I wanted her to focus on and instructed me to remove my clothes and lay face down on the table and she would be back in 3 or so minutes. The room was very clean, soothing, dim lit, soft music playing and fully equipped counter space. I am one to handle pain and I'm a heavy-handed person. She told me to instruct her if the pressure was too hard for me because she said its important to inform her so my muscles don't tense or lock up. She began the massage with a nice warm towel on my back and that made me feel amazing. Throughout the entire massage, she was gentle with transitions, attentive to my requested areas, and asking how do I feel. I loved loved loved my massage by Janet. She is the best! My only complaints are the following: the music was a little too loud which I could have asked to turn it down I assume but I didn't want to mess up the flow since she was in the middle of my massage. Also, the massage began at 10:05 and we ended the massage at 10:57 am which is not a full hour. She told me to drink a lot of water and sending me off with a smile. read more

While I was visiting LA I came here and got both a facial and a massage. It was amazing. Honestly one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The staff was friendly and really put me at ease. I'm not really normally comfortable with letting people I don't know touch me but my sister insisted we go to do this together, a sort of sister's day. I am so glad I did. I really enjoyed myself. Anet was the best. Highly recommend you ask for her personally. read more
