After a particularly rough week at work, I accidentally booked two massage appointments instead of one. Thankfully, the staff called to let me know about the double booking and were incredibly accommodating. Rather than canceling the second appointment, I asked if they could accommodate my husband to which they gladly approved. We unexpectedly ended up enjoying a couples massage. My husband chose the Swedish massage with cupping, while I treated myself to the full-body lymphatic drainage massage along with a hair and scalp massage. Between the two of us, we've had massages in Corona, Palm Desert, Cancun, and several higher-end spas. Surprisingly, none of those experiences ever inspired me to write a review. My massage therapist, Coco, was wonderful. She adjusted her pressure throughout the session, checked in frequently, and knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply deeper pressure. My husband had an equally positive experience and felt comfortable enough with the staff to try cupping for the first time. When the session was over, I genuinely felt lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I could even see a noticeable difference in how my face and body looked afterward. It wasn't just relaxing--it felt restorative. Another thing I appreciated was their availability. They offer several same-day appointments, which is perfect for those spontaneous self-care moments when you realize you need a reset immediately. It consisted of a 50 min body scrub followed by a 50 minute massage. First of all, I have never been interested in a scrub because I figured I could just exfoliate myself at home. Well, I'm so happy I gave it a try. The scrub was done in a private room and then I was escorted to a private shower to rinse off. After the shower, I was taken back to the room for an incredible massage. Jenny was my therapist and she used warm coconut oil and hot stones to hydrate my skin and relax my tense muscles. She included some face gua sha and a hand mask. I felt so spoiled and relaxed when I left. If you are looking to treat yourself or someone you love, I highly recommend this package. This Massage Envy is by far the best salon I've ever been to, if your looking for an incredible relaxing massage then go here. The girls at the front desk are the most professional people and friendliest around. And the therapist, wow. I've had my share of massages before due to being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and I can tell you no one is as good as the ones here, you can pay upwards of 200 dollars for a massage and is a joke. Here they take the time to get to know what your issues are and focus on those. For my money I would pay a lot more here than somewhere else. And if your fortunate enough to get Beth she is the absolute best therapist around. All the therapist are good here but for my time I would see Beth or Manda. They know what their doing and know what a deep tissue massage actually should be. read more

I cant stand this corporation, They are masters in the art of "Bait and Switch". Got 1 fairly good massage in Ontario and was talked into joining by a high polished sales pitch. I have not gotten a decent massage since!! Tried to book an appointment with my original therapist 3 times and found she was always "booked". I have tried 3 different girls in rancho on day street. None of them have a clue how to perform a real Deep Tissue massage. Maybe they just don't want to work that hard? Tried to cancel my membership and was told I was stuck. On the hook for massages from a company that can't deliver. Buyer beware! This corporation is terrible. read more

I appreciate the response, but I don't feel that customers should have to click a link or reach out separately to address a concern that was clearly raised in a review. A more appropriate response would have been to acknowledge the concern, apologize for the confusion, and explain what steps will be taken to better communicate this policy going forward. If I could rate their receptionists lower I would. The therapists are good, but the people who handle your money are deceptive and untrustworthy. If you want someone to charge you under false pretense, then by all means sign up. read more

The front desk has the pricing flyers in a stack. The wall to the right has recommended tip amounts based on the service. They recommend $10 and up. To the left is a room divider. You pay before the massage and they also ask you to leave a tip then too. Usually I just tip, but I did hear someone ask if they could tip after. I paid with Apple Pay and once I put the tip on the receipt the receptionist gave me the dollar amount. When you pass the divider there's about 9 beds in the general area and 3 "rooms" divided by curtains to the left. The door at the back is where the employees break and the restrooms are. A little box is provided to hold your phone and belongings. I did a 30 min foot massage and to my surprise, they started at my head while my feet soaked. The massage was wonderful. Linda was my masseuse. The massage ended with some hip stretching and some leg massage. The tip exchange was weird for me, just cause I'm used to someone taking the tip from me, but when I offered, she didn't take it. So I left it in the little box and said thank you and went on my way. I'll come back. It's a good refresh.
