Went here for a facial and I told the esthetician I have very sensitive skin and prone to eczema. She assured me the products were "medical grade" ingredients and that she hasn't seen anyone break out with them. After my appointment, I got eczema all over my neck, back, chest, and shoulders. My appointment started at 2pm, I got there early for the questionnaire, the esthetician came to get me at 2:10, went to the bathroom, and she ended the session at 2:55. A full hour is $140 and not worth the price especially if they don't even go the full hour! The esthetician also tried to force products on me and I felt pressured to leave a tip. Had my 1st massage here Sunday June 16, 2024. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very welcoming and thorough of what to expect. I was massaged by Payton, and let me tell you! The massage surpassed all expectations. I hadn't had a good nights sleep in a few weeks but 1 90min session with Payton and I was out cold. I had transferred one of my massages to my husband and he was unable to make it, so I arranged for someone else to make the appointment so we wouldn't lose our money for the massage. I had someone to make the appointment and it's a massage I paid for so why am I unable to use what I prepaid for? I have never been to a Massage Envy before today and wow! What a fabulous full body massage I experienced from Keona! I may have even dosed off a time or two. First time clients pay $60 for a one hour massage, an excellent one hour, full body massage by the way. After that you may purchase a membership which would make your first time/ introductory massage free then it's $70 a mo. After that ( $65 of you have military ID ) Even though I fully enjoyed my experience here I didn't opt for a membership, nonetheless still a five star massage regardless of being a member or not. read more

I've been a member for the past year and for the last 4 months and I've had the best massages from JAI. She is the reason I am not cancelling my membership anymore. I've only been booking my appointments with her. I've actually been increasing my visits and upgrading each session and adding facial sessions after the massage. I book an appointment a month in advance but I wish it would be easier to book an extra session when I need it. This branch is always fully booked. i scheduled an appointment for my fiancé and me to get a couples massage. we got to get massages at the same time but due to covid-19 in separate rooms-which is a bummer but understandable. brenda h was my massage therapist and she was amazing. i was asked what type of massage i wanted and how deep, brenda executed beautifully and i feel truly relaxed. she gave me a medium level full body massage. my fiancé's massage therapist was marilyn and he said that she was professional and competent. she adjusted how deep she massaged to my fiancé's preference and he appreciated that. the only thing that i felt dissatisfied with was that when i got the text reminder, my name was wrong, and i think that's just a small touch that can mean so much because as a client i want to feel valued, the mistake was corrected after a call. read more

That was a terrible experience. I had Victoria and requested a deep tissue massage. Instead, I got elbows in my back while she sat there yawning and cracking her knuckles. I don't know how many times she slipped and elbowed me in the back before I asked her to stop and just use her hands. The rest of the massage was a combination of pinching my skin and Victoria rubbing her knuckles up and down my body. It was a weird massage and nothing like I've ever experienced before. First time getting a massage at a Massage Envy this was a gift from my daughter who filled out the type of massage I wanted when this massage was booked. Upon arriving I was checked in and waited in the quiet room shortly after a staff member had me fill out a short questionnaire where I stated a few health issues I have. I was greeted by my Masseuse Jai she was nice and polite, she asked if I was getting a full body massage and I told her I was. She had the bed temperature nice and warm and atmosphere was relaxing and got that is why I gave this review three stars. As for my massage I do not think she read or went through my questionnaire. I did mention during my massage that I had health issues and she was surprised to hear about it. I did not get a full body massage which I originally wanted she focused on my shoulder blades and said she felt I had a lot of tension there which is fine but I wanted more of a full body massage. She did massage my legs which felt great but I was face down the whole time I've had full body massages at other places and they always have me turn over and they massage my arms and hands.
