I had my very first massage ever today at Massage Envy in Redlands. I loved the girl that greeted me and explained things to me as well as Rochelle who was my massage therapist. She got all the knots out of my back and I literally felt better than I have in years. I was pain free after the massage and I still feel great. I haven't even had one appointment yet and I am sooooo disappointed. Vanessa and Demarias were SO unprofessional and were unable to accommodate my needs. They overbooked one of their massage therapists, and tried to blame it on scheduling issues. I had to book this appointment out two months ago!!!! And was genuinely looking forward to it. While overbooking and scheduling issues may be the case, they were so rude and condescending about the whole thing. I am now scheduling at another location because of how rude and disrespectful they were to me. They would not provide me with the owner's name/number, which is why I feel the need to post this on Yelp. One of them said they were the manager, which I don't believe. She proceeded to put me on speaker for the entire staff to hear. Then said her last name was spelled with an F. I asked her to spell it out, and she said F as In Fuck. Like?? Talk about unprofessional. I genuinely just want to talk to the owner of this franchise, and how they are able to hire as someone as unprofessional as Vanessa F. This place is one of the best massage places I have ever been. I try to go every month if I can. Since I have a membership if I don't get a appointment one month the hour you get does not just go away but it will roll over to the next month so you would then have a two hour appointment available to you. I haven't been able to go for 4 months. So now I have 4 hours availability for appointment's. read more

After making an appointment a week ago and answering a million questions And mind you, they call and confirm my appointment time.....I check in and wait in their "calming room" for 40 MINUTES!!!!! No one came in, no one bothered to check with me to let me know my message was delayed for whatever reason......after 40 minutes I ask "did you forget me?" The look on the girls face was? This company has a HORRIBLE policy. We moved to a different state and we got a call that I needed to update my card, which was not a problem BUT.. unsure whether he wanted to renew the membership or just use the hours up that he added up that were already PAID for. The manager stated my husband could NOT make an appointment to use a few of his 15 HOURS ALREADY PAID FOR unless we give a new credit card and they continue taking money out every month. We were told the hours would just be lost, 15 hours is a lot of money and they would not work with us at all. The people we felt with were RUDE and could care a less. Vanessa booked my appointment and was very generous and made me feel comfortable coming here for my first time. She was very polite and courteous and had excellent customer service skills. Upon arriving 30 minutes early to my massage I was greeted with a smile by my massage therapist Martin. Man oh man how I HIGHLY recommend Martin. He was really nice and welcoming as well. He took the time to listen to my problem areas in my back and really paid attention to the detail. His pressure was perfect and did an amazing job targeting my problem areas. I would recommend anyone to get a massage by Martin and trust me you will not regret it. On top of being so nice and courteous he made my back feel like new. I came in with a lot of back pain and I am leaving with hardly any. He recommend the bio freeze which I also recommend and it made me feel so great after the long hour massage. Yesterday I enjoyed a massage from Jennifer who came highly recommended due to her light touch. When we met she said that most fibromyalgia clients like myself are referred to her. Well...it was great advice. I felt energetic and happy the next day. Better still, my neck which had been so locked up I could no longer touch my ear to my shoulder loosened up. I relaxed my neck and placed my ear on either shoulder without pain.
