I received a gift card for Massage Envy, so I decided to go in this past weekend for a facial. It was my first time getting a facial, so I was very excited and a bit nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly front desk ladies. Anahi helped me get checked in for my appointment, and I did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes before she took me to the relaxation room to await my treatment. She offered me refreshments and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. My Esthetician's name was Malaila (I hope I spelled it right!). I got the 60-minute Healthy Skin Facial. Malaila took the time to ask me about my skin so that she could focus on my problem areas. I appreciate the fact that she recommended different types of facials and skin care products that were unique to my skin. She never made me feel uncomfortable, nor did she ever try to push me to buy any of the products or extra services she was recommending to me. Next time I go back, I am excited to try the chemical peel treatment or Microdermabrasion! My facial was extremely relaxing, and I am very happy with the service I received. I was so satisfied that I ended up becoming a member so that I can come back on a regular basis for my facials! read more

Things are much better at this location, front staff is genuinely pleasant and none of them seem to wear perfume anymore, thankfully!! Kendra, Lexi and Robert are my favorites and they all can handle deep tissue deeply. Not everyone has the skill set or strength to get all the deep funk out but these three will remind you of all those breathing lessons you learned in childbirth education classes, if you want it like that, that is. I'm super pleased with all the staff, I never worry about getting a bad massage here but I do prefer my trio. Scheduling is a breeze and I can get in every week without any brain damage. read more

DONT USE MASSAGE ENVY They make it very difficult to cancel your membership. they do not refund your money if you go on vacation for a month and are unable to attend a session. Their massage therapists quit because they don't pay them well. But, they are always trying to raise prices. Also, there are many other 1 star reviews you can see here read more

The massage therapists are wonderful here. I've had a good handful and I feel they do an excellent job at asking what type of pressure prior to the session and mid session to check in if the pressure they are using are adequate. I only docked a star because this is by far the hardest massage envy to book an appointment at. Forget trying to get in last minute. They are always completely booked. If only they were more accommodating. Oh well. read more

Beautiful facility, very clean and comfortable. Jessica was amazing and worked on exactly what I asked for. My only gripe is the quiet room had a sign clearly stating 'no cell phone use', EVERYONE was on their phone. Oh well. Not their fault I suppose. Excellent massage. read more

Walked in was greeted with a smile from the front desk staff, sat and Megan came over went over everything with me, she was so sweet! The quiet waiting room was awesome too! Everyone at this location has been nothing short of friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for a massage because of Mykala. If you want deep tissue, she's your girl. Since the first time I've gone to her, she's always been on point with every massage from beginning to end and very attentive to what I ask for. I like a lot of pressure and have pain in certain areas, and she always knows what to do. I've never had to repeat myself or even remind her of the areas I need focus on, and she maintains deep pressure throughout the massage. She honestly gives the perfect massages. And if you're in the mood to chat she's also very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to! I'd give her 10 stars if I could. read more

The staff at front desk is somewhat "rude!" This rudeness is wrapped in a fake "car lot like salesman" intermittent niceness. Hmmm! The staff rushes you into your session for a massage and then, after you pay for a 60-minute massage, you only get 45 minutes. Hmmm! Did they think that I couldn't tell time? Did they think I was stupid? Hmmm? The technician (Massage therapist) was also "somewhat" rude and gave me a terrible massage! I asked for a whole-body massage, and the therapist barley massaged my feet and only part of my legs! Hmmm! The back massage was very lacking, but the therapist tried to act like a "know it all" but did not have the knowledge of giving even a simple back massage, of which, my vibrator could have performed and done way better! I always recommend to patients to get a massage for relaxation and for therapeutic reasons, but in "my knowing" about the body and muscles, the performance and my experience tells me that massage Envy needs some training. That being said, this was my experience, but there may be some therapist at massage Envy which can do a good job! read more

Ok, so I've been coming to Massage Envy here in Redlands for what seems like a million years! They do not disappoint! I have nerve problems in my neck and suffer from nasty headaches. Well, maybe I should actually say I DID suffer because ever since I started seeing Corie years ago I RARELY have a headache! She has made my head, neck, shoulders, and back feel like Jell-O when I leave her and since I've been seeing her for so long on a consistent basis she has kept all that nasty nerve pain away! Let me tell you guys, u need someone to help with headaches, migraines, muscle spasms, or just muscle pain? Corie will take it all away and leave you feeling amazing when you walk out!!! She's also incredibly sweet and funny and professional at the same time!!! I'm so very happy to have found her years ago! I contacted Massage Envy Corporate to report Credit Card fraud. I was told it was a franchise and not their problem. I contacted Tiffany, the manager at the Redlands branch, and informed her I was being charged monthly for services since October 2020 despite not being in the store for over a year. I gave her the dates, account information and line data. She promised to research it. Five phone calls over 3 weeks got me nothing. Call #6 got me "It never happened. Bring in proof." I brought in the Visa credit card statement and left a copy there. Three days later I was told, "We will refund your card." I explained I had to cancel the card because of their fraud and the could NOT refund a cancelled card. "Give us your new number." I explained I would not give them ANY credit card because they had been participating in fraud with my credit card for months- and DENIED it for a month. I was then told the check would be in the mail. STILL NO REFUND! Do not use a credit card at this site or you will be getting charged repeatedly for months. read more

I have called Massage Envy 7 times in the last 14 days to find out why my credit card is being charged monthly for services I have not received. I have contacted corporate and been told it's "not their problem- it's a franchise." I have given the two different managers the dates, times, card number, and my name to find out why I have been charged fraudulently for the last 4 months. They will not return my calls. They will not refund the money they have stolen from me. I went in for services in January 2020. I have been being billed monthly for the last 4 months and never walked in the door. I DID NOT sign up for a program. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will grab your card number and bill you relentlessly. My only recourse was to cancel my card and put a block on their business for the future. BUYER BEWARE. Do not use this business. If you do, you will get put on their "SUCKER" list and bill you forever for visits you never made. read more
