From the time I walked in, to the time I left customer service was on 10! although there was a little mixup on their end, regarding my massage time, but they were able to fix the issue and I was able to get my full 90 minutes. I've been a member of Massage Heights for a little over three years, and overall, it had been a good experience. I had three massage therapists who understood my needs perfectly, and I always left feeling great--the results lasted until my next session. Unfortunately, in the past year, the service declined. I often booked one therapist but arrived to find a different one, without any notice. After mentioning it a couple of times, the atmosphere felt awkward, and the massages didn't meet expectations. Since their best therapists left, it feels like trial and error finding someone who fits. Out of my last five massages, only two were excellent, and the rest fell short. Additionally, front desk issues became frequent. While things could improve, I'm no longer willing to wait, given the costs. It was great while it lasted, but it's just not the same now. read more

I was referred to a therapist by a friend of mine. I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival was told I was going to be with another provider and there was a mix up. I opted to reschedule with the original therapist. Today, I arrived on time expecting no issues, and was checked in normally. My therapist was again not the person I booked the appointment with. The front desk didn't tell me even though she knew about my previous experience. The therapist was very nice, but was told the front desk was "late and your therapist left." I'm sorry, he left? I don't know who runs this place, but this was a complete waste of my time and energy. read more

There's a reason why they have a 3 star rating. I called in to cancel my membership because my fiancée and I just don't have time in the month to go consistently. On top of that, my fiancée is going through something medical & whenever we have gotten massages from them- it tends to flair it up. When we first signed up for the membership I specifically asked if we could cancel any time & she said yes. I called and got connected with Brandon & he was first and foremost VERY rude, and second he was like "oh well you signed a 12 month contract so we won't be canceling". I sell 12 month contracts for a living. She did not mention that whatsoever and like I said- she told me we could cancel at any time. At that point he got very rude & told me he was terminating my account and we would be unable to use any credits we had- which is fine, we wouldn't be back anyways.. but the manor in which the situation was handled was very unpleasant. I ended up having to contact my bank to block the charges anyway. I don't love the customer service & working in a professional setting, I would never speak to a client like that. read more

My friend and I had a great experience with our massages! I definitely recommend looking up a Groupon before going as the prices were a lot more steep than I would have expected. You do get a great experience with professional staff, as well as a calm and clean environment. They do have a promotion where you sign it for membership then you can lock in a much better deal, however, it does mean you need to make monthly payments for it. And for me moving away soon, that just did not make sense. Wish I was around to take advantage of their great service for longer! read more

Walked by this location, a couple times and thought I would stop in and see what they're about. They advised they had the monthly subscription membership and as a first time client I would have a one hour massage offer at $79.99. It sounded appealing so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The day of my appointment which was at 330pm, I called in around 11am to reschedule for a couple hours later and they advised the reschedule fee would be $40. I cannot stand companies that don't have flexible rescheduling terms (being money focused vs customer service focused) so I cancelled and was charged $40, and they will never get my business! read more

My husband and I have been here a few times to get couples massages paid via Groupon. We've had appointments at different times - which leads me to my 4-star review. I recommend going in the morning or before the lunch hour for the full experience. This last time we booked a 5pm appointment and were kept waiting, which we didn't mind because it was clearly busy, but we were short changed on the back end. We didn't start until 5:15 (I always check the clock before we start) and by 5:55 one of the masseuses stopped and declared that the time was up. My masseuse was finally getting to my problem area that I communicated earlier. She stopped and confirmed that yes, I did indeed have a knot and left as well. When my husband asked why weren't we getting the full hour, his masseuse said it was a 50 minutes hands on experience only and also left. Walking through the halls we realized it was empty and that the location was winding down and working to close. We've gone at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and received the full hour experience. Everyone has been decent and helpful. This time we did the hot stones which definitely added to the experience and our masseuses for this appointment did good work. I perhaps wouldn't have done an add-on if I knew booking close to closing time would have rushed things as I would have rather finished my massage. read more

Unsavory business practices Fraudulent charge to my credit card with no response from staff after 2 weeks and many calls. I purchased a massage on Groupon and scheduled a same-day appointment for later the same day. Due to Hurricane Helena and the start of heavy rain, I phoned back only a couple hours later to reschedule to dangerous weather. I was told I would be charged a "no-show fee" for not giving 24h notice even though I made a same-day less than 24h away appointment. Staff would not budge despite the circumstances-- no option for 24h notice and very dangerous weather. I chose to drive in torrential rains and ridiculous traffic and made it to my appt 15min early. My masseuse was 20min late after the scheduled time. I got a very mediocre massage and left, deciding to put the poor customer service experience behind me. A few weeks later I receive my credit card bill which shows they charged a "no show fee" despite the fact I drove through a hurricane to get there. Now more than 2 weeks later, many phone calls with no response-- I have not been refunded this fraudulent charge. Stay away, poor customer service, no empathy or flexibility for their customers topped with fraudulent credit card charges and ghosting their clients. read more

As a former employee I'd like to let it be known that this location has a very toxic work environment. Manager Brandon Braden has a Napoleon complex - or little man complex - & was very obviously bullied in adolescence which has made him feel it's ok to bully the employees. Employees can't laugh or connect too much because he gets visibly upset. He routinely makes jokes at the expense of other employees. He often bragged to us trainees about how he ruthlessly fires people. He told an employee and mother of 4 that she's not allowed to have her phone on her person regardless of any emergencies that may occur with her children. I was fired because i took an emergency phone call from my lawyers (i was recently injured in a car accident) in the bathroom & refused to put my cellphone in the office because i graduated middle school over a decade ago and will not be treated like a 12 year old. I was not on my cellphone at all so i couldn't understand his irrational aggression upon seeing it in my pocket. We never signed a no phone policy upon hiring so i was actually shocked by the proceedings & will be seeking legal counsel. We were also trained to be extremely combative when customers try to cancel their memberships so be very careful before you sign up for a membership. I'd advise you to go through Groupon. read more

The membership is so worth it that no matter my financial circumstances, I always keep this one non essential in my life.
