A solid massage. I was able to book last minute with Sabrina and use a Groupon for a 1 hour massage. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment and we got started a few minutes after 5:30. The massage ended at 6:23 for me to change. The starting time was totally on me, but I was expecting to at least go until 6:30. I've seen several massage providers in town, none of whom cut the service time short. I guess you sign up for 60 minutes and get less than 50? My one focus area request was jaw & upper back, but I ended up with much of the hour being about my mid back and a mediocre foot massage (I asked for more pressure and more pressure was used at first, but quickly went back to light pressure). Maybe the last 5 minutes or less was focused on my neck/jaw/shoulders. The pressure during the rest of the massage was good, so not sure what happened with feet. They offered me their wellness package three separate times and I declined each time. The sales push is a turn off - if I say no, please accept it. Overall decent for something last minute but I'll be back to my regular place next time! read more

Panarat is an excellent deep tissue therapist. I have seen many different therapists over 10+ years and she is the best deep tissue masseuse i have seen by far. She is very knowledge about anatomy, can address all muscle groups and makes very good use of hot stones, cupping, and other tools. Highly recommend. read more

my wife got me a massage gift card for my birthday. they refused to honor it two weeks after I got it. nothing but a scam location.

Edit: I called the number and spoke with the retreat director. She was very nice and said she has now trained the front desk folks to be upfront about what a massage costs here. Hopefully my experience doesn't happen to you. Having said that, no refund, gift card, coupon, or anything to make it better for me was offered. See other reviews if you want to risk it. TL;DR: Only go here if you like to give money to corporations with dubious business practices. My wife and I received a 60 minute couples massage, I had a deep tissue massage and she had a Swedish massage with no add ons. The Good: The deep tissue massage was great, he did a terrific job. My wife's Swedish was good. This is the reason they are not getting one star, because the massage therapists did awesome. The Bad: Allegedly on the phone I was told we would pay full price. I don't remember that comment but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. What surprised us greatly was walking out of the massage and seeing the price. If the price had been communicated prior to the appointment, there is a 0% chance we would've done it. I am absolutely certain they did not tell us it was going to be *checks notes* $179.99 per person for essentially a 50 minute massage (it's listed as 60 minute but to their credit it does say 10 minutes are reserved for dressing and undressing). This is the point where the front desk person will try to upsell you into a membership that you can't cancel for the duration you sign up for. I figured we weren't going to pay the price of $89.99 for members but thought it was possible due to us not having been to a massage heights location in many years and never had been to this one (so maybe we would get the first visit price of $89.99). I thought we might be paying at most $109.99 per person. So our total cost out the door after giving $20 tip per therapist was $398 ($358 if we hadn't tipped). The Ugly: We fought it a little bit while we were paying but we both failed to read each other's mind. I thought my wife wanted to just leave and she thought I just wanted to leave. We ended up calling back on our drive home and leaving a message. They called back next day and said we knew it would be full price and the best they could do is sign us up for a membership to change the price to $89.99. LOL. Again, if I'd actually known the price would be $179 per person I wouldn't have booked it. I know what they are thinking, it's his fault for not asking the actual price before going through with it. Well, it's not listed on their website anywhere. If you ask AI to search, it also can't find $179.99 as a price and further it will say that is an absurd price to pay for a massage from a non-spa chain. The $89.99 price is deceptive advertising and a reflection of a business with poor ethics. Do not go here. read more

My wife received a gift certificate over a year ago and called to make sure it was still valid before using it and the receptionist told her they don't expire. After the massage, they presented the gift certificate and because it was a few years old, the price of the massage had increased, so there was still a balance due. That's fine, so they paid the difference in cash, and everyone left happy. Services rendered and payment accepted, transaction complete. Later that day, my wife receives a call saying they were just now processing the gift card because their system was down earlier in the day, but they couldn't the gift certificate to process and couldn't find any information on it in their system. This was a gift, so my wife gave what little information she could to help them try to figure it out. Massage Heights was very pushy for her to give them her credit card info in case they couldn't figure it out. Thankfully my wife refused since she had already paid via the gift card and cash. After an hour of our time spent tracking down more information, we find the original purchase email from the person who gifted it and it turns out it is a Groupon (unbeknownst to us and Massage Heights when given to them earlier that day). They then tell us the Groupon has expired and that we need to pay them for the services immediately, but we can get our money back from Groupon. Long story short, at this point they began to harass my wife by texting her, calling her, and emailing her multiple times throughout the day for the next few days, demanding we give them our credit card number to pay for these services and even threatened to file a police report. The manager, Cailyn, reached out and changed their story saying they need more information on that Groupon and that it suddenly wasn't expired. She was pushy and rude and completely stressed my wife out. We got ahead of them and called the police, letting them know we were being harassed and they told us we did nothing wrong and the police really have nothing to do with this matter. That didn't stop Cailyn, and we got a call from the police department asking about the situation. We then spend hours more of our time researching Groupon policies, and on the Groupon website it did say it was expired; however, it also said "The amount you paid never expires and can be used at anytime", as well as "Redeem the expired deal from the price you paid towards the purchase of the goods or services originally advertised in the deal. Just go to the merchant and show your voucher." So not only did Cailyn lie about us being able to get our money back from Groupon, she also had already received the payment from Groupon and was just trying to take more of our money. We told this to the police officer and we never heard from them again after he could see we were clearly in the right. Check out the 1-star reviews and you will see this matches up with others' experiences. Be wary of doing business with them, and especially giving them your credit card information that they are so eager to have. The massage therapists, Sabrina and Janelle, were great and are no way involved in the poor business management of this company. Hopefully they move to a company that doesn't bully and harass their customers for their own mistakes. read more

The receptionist remember my name and great me and are always so sweet. I get my facials from Stevie and she is so sweet professional and efficient. Massages were great but when you try to cancel, they make it next to impossible, wanting proof of a move, which may be easy for some people but when you are spending the next months traveling before choosing a place to live, it's impossible. Called twice to cancel and each time was told they were emailing me paperwork, e-mail never arrived (checked spam folder as well) so I then go in person to cancel and they will not allow me to without the proof of new address...absolutely a waste of time and makes you business look really shitty when you hold customers hostage like this. read more

This is my home location and when I moved last year I started visiting a new location however my billing is still attached to this one. I called my new location to cancel my account because due to low staffing I could never get an appt. She told me they were hiring new people and that I could freeze instead and still access my banked credits but not accrue anymore. That sounded perfect. She sent me the paperwork, I filled it out and sent back 20 mins later. A few months later I noticed I was still being charged (I missed it because I left tips on the same card and mistook the bank deductions as tips) I called them and they said I had to call my home location I did that and the spa director said they never got the paperwork from the new location but she would freeze it now and work back with the new locatid get back to me with a resolution. After not hearing from her for a couple weeks I called back and she said there was nothing that could be done because it wasn't her fault. It wasn't my fault either... Recently I called again noticing that I'm still being charged, I spoke to Emily the new spa director and she said she would freeze it right then and then work with 'higher ups' to see what cold be done. Her account manager Cailyn then emailed me to say she's sorry I got misinformation and that my account was never frozen but also wouldn't do anything about it. When I asked for someone that could assist she declined to give me anyone else's information. Then... I was charged again. Emily didn't freeze it either so I had to reach out yet again and they gave me a credit for only the most recent charge. I now have 15 credits and can't freeze the account and still access them. I'm currently working through LinkedIn to try to find someone above Cailyn since she would not assist. read more

I have been a monthly member for at least 5 years. My adult daughter also has a monthly plan. We've always been pleased with the therapists. However, the management had much to be desired. My daughter had an appointment scheduled last week and got called in for an emergency work shift. As soon as she found out, she went on the website to cancel her appointment and it was within the 4 hour cancellation time frame. She got a call later after she was at work asking where she was and that she was late for her appointment. She explained that she had already canceled and the girl told her that it wasn't a problem and that they were having issues with the website. All seemed good. A little while later, the girl called back and said that the manager said they had to charge her the cancellation fee even though it was the error within their website that kept them from getting her cancellation notice. Both my daughter and I reached out again to speak with the manager and have not gotten a reply from anyone. That is poor customer service. Canceling the monthly plan is very difficult and requires a 30-day notice and all credits expire 30 days after the notice. We both plan on canceling as soon as I recover from surgery and can have massages again. I still have credits from the Covid year when they were closed but we kept paying. There are other options out there. When a business won't even get back to you, I assume they don't value my business. read more

So I received a gift voucher from a relative through Groupon. The disclaimer said if you hadn't been there in a year, a person could redeem it. But when I tried to book my daughter who hadn't been there in 2 years they wouldn't honor the voucher. My issue is the disclaimers aren't accurate. I understand that they want this offer for customers who have been there just a couple times .... years ago. Then they should say what they mean. Make sure they will honor your voucher before you buy. I don't want to join their membership program. And if you aren't a member, and don't have a voucher I find their prices are high. In addition, if you still decide to use them clarify if you will have a male or female masseuse. They don't ask and will assign either sex. read more

My massage therapist was great however, I was asked multiple times if I was sure I wanted a full body massage after stating that was what I preferred. Also, the walls are paper thin and I was able to hear every conversation in the whole place which took away from the relaxation of the massage. read more

I have had massages and facials there. The facial was great. I've had good and bad massages. One left me very very very uncomfortable. First, the gentlemen spent the entire time complaining about the Company, plus he was a little too free with his hands. I just never booked with him again and he has left the Company. They don't care about customer service and it's not just the location it's the management even in Loveland. I have talked to Cailyn, a supposed Regional Manager, now 4 times. 1) To explain the joke of experience we had, 2) Again when she called back to tell us there was nothing she could or would do to make it right, 3) When we talked about membership cancellation options where she told me they could credit back our April payment depending on the option we chose, and 4) Just now where she double backed on what she said in the 3rd conversation (that I should've recorded) and told me tough luck, we weren't going to get anything back. When we came in on 2/15 for a V-day date, the girl who gave me my massage only did my back for almost the entire hour after stating TWICE I wanted a full body massage, which she acknowledged and repeated back to me. When I turned over for the last 5 minutes (I looked at the clock) it felt like my 2 year old was doing my neck. The whole time she was sniffing her snot as she hovered above me through the entire massage. We even paid for the hot stones to be added on. A week later, I got sick. Hmmmm..... My husband had some guy that ddI his massage: he tapped my husbands feet a few times with the stones (wha the heck?!), only massaged his back, then turned him over oN his back and proceeded to prop the table up with his legs. I guess they can't afford to buy a real table? He lightly went over my husbands neck, groped his chest in a very unprofessional manner, and then yanked his legs out from under the table, causing it to Makkah a loud noise as the legs hit the floor. My husband thought he was going to fall off the table. I am telling you, we were going to give this place another try until the following happened. * We immediately told the girls at the front desk and no one called us for several days, maybe even over a week. * I had to demand we each get at least a 30 minute massage credit on our account after Cailyn told me we "still got a massage at the end of the day" even though it was barely the equivalent of a chair massage which is not the same price as a full body. In this conversation I inquired about a cancellation. * I inquired about a cancellation again before our April payment pulled. It took over 7 days to get anyone to respond, conveniently AFTER the payment pulled. * Cailyn, a Regional, has contradicted herself in two conversations and now thinks it's convenient for us to drive an hour and 20 minutes to the nearest location to where weee I'll be living in 2 weeks. All in the name of not losing a contract. We should have never changed from Massage Envy. Ever! Stay away from this place. They have subpar therapists and don't care about the quality once you have a contract. I can at least say ME cared. While they had regular turnover, they at least TRIED.. This place appears to be clean, but the therapists are unsanitary and management doesn't care. If I was the owner, I'd be replacing some management. FAST! read more

Took my fiancé in for a couples massage for Christmas. The massage its self was great, and Janelle and Stephanie know what they are doing. Very clean, very relaxing. My only issue was that after showing up 10 minutes early, we didn't get in the room until 12:45, which cut our message 15 minutes short, after paying for a full hour. Amanda did an excellent job. Very thorough. Catered to my needs. It was also cool to see my old friend/classmate Laura as well. Professional business, and good vibes within it. Very relaxing. At the end of my massage I was asked if I want to leave a tip and when I said no her demeanor changed and I was basically rushed out of the building but here's why I didn't leave a tip. My masseuse forgot to put oil on her hands most of the time so it was pulling my skin a bit. The massage itself was very good and and she was friendly and knew exactly how to work all the knots. But halfway through the massage she excused herself and left for 20 minutes while my husband was right next to me still getting his massage. I sat there and got even more tense and waited during the time I paid for. By the time she got back I had gotten so tense that she had to basically restart and try to loosen my muscles again. After the 60 minutes she stopped massaging and told me that she'd see if they'd do anything for me to make up for her leaving for 20 minutes but they didn't and instead asked for a tip. I initially left a 1 star review, but after speaking to management, I have to g bump them up a little. They have finally canceled my membership and they addressed the behavior of the therapist who lectured me during my last massage. Although I will not be a customer of theirs again, their manager was attentive and actually took action to address all my concerns and correct deficiencies. I believe that mistakes happen but the true value in a company is how they respond to issues that arise. They have definitely responded in a way that has changed my mind. read more
