Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. My husband has been a member here for several years. The 3/4 massages we've had issues. The first two were cancelled, both less than 30 min before the massage. Schedule your appointment with Massage Heights; you will not be disappointed. I am staying at the Aria, and the cost for a massage at the hotel is outrageous, so I decided to try something outside of the strip going West in the China Town area. Let me save you the trouble and headache. DO NOT ATTEMPT to get a massage in China Town. The locations are weird and awkward, and they don't speak English. I am holding back from using other derogatory descriptors. I searched Groupon for a Las Vegas massage deal, and Massage Heights came up. I yelped the business, and then I called to make an appointment. Jen answered the phone. Her pleasant voice and professionalism made it such an easy process to book the massage for my wife and me. The drive to the Massage Heights Henderson location took us less than 15 minutes from the strip with our rented car. On the day of the massage, both Jen & Josh (The J&J Team) greeted us at the door. Both were so genuine with their willingness to learn about my wife and me, and they made the entire process very enjoyable. We had the most friendly chat in the lobby, and then we were introduced to our massage therapists. My wife and I had hundreds of massages worldwide, and we never experienced a massage bed so comfortable as the one at Massage Heights. The mattress was soft, and the therapist could adjust the table electronically to the proper height that fits their posture. Wow, that was sooo cool. I apologize for not writing my therapist's name. However, Both Christine, my wife's therapist, and my therapist were A M A Z I N G. We did choose to go with the Hemp infused massage add-on. The massage was so good that regardless if we used the Hemp infused oil or the regular oil, we believe that the massage would feel the same. Therefore the Hemp oil might be just a sales gimmick; however, it is up to you to decide if you need it or not. The business is run very well, and the staff is fantastic. This is my favorite massage place! I love deep tissue and this place knows how to deliver! I've found a few talented masseurs here and I'm so glad their schedules allow me to make weekly visits. I used to belong to another massage place and I had to book at least 2 weeks in advance to go to anyone! Massage Heights is always clean, the linens are beautiful and luxurious, and the ambiance is soothing and relaxing as soon as you walk in to the reception area. I was however a fan of the bed heater Service : I had Gabby and she was pretty amazing. I wish she would have massaged my scalp too and given me the full 60 minutes .. but otherwise she was great . I tried my best, i called Saturday morning to get an appointment for a massage, first available appointment was 1245pm, a bit late for me so i declined and called a few other places. Nothing available so i called back and now Nikki told me they actually have a 1215 appointment available which would work better, so we go through the booking and she asks for a credit card, I didn't have that right this minute because my wallet was in our car and my wife was out shopping, i asked her to please stand by and called back less than 5 min later ready with a CC number then to be told the appointment is no longer available but there is a 7pm. Sorry folks I can't comment on the actual product they sell, they literally would not afford me the simple service of allowing me to call back, in my book that is bad service and I won't ever be back. Sorry, just not good enough. So here is my update, I received several calls from the owner and i ended up returning the call and speak with a very sweet and heartfelt lady, based on that conversation and and her wanting to do everything in her power to remedy this, id say i will give this another try, in the conversation she offered a complimentary massage however i will not accept that and make sure to understand that I didn't change the review because of that, simply because she went out of her way multiple times to fix it, that is good service! read more

While I do not wish to disclose the name of my massage therapist, as they are in high demand already, I will say that (s)he is absolutely AMAZING and consistently provides THE BEST massage I've ever received ... and I tried many places before finding Massage Heights. I live with 24/7 chronic pain from a car accident and I RELY on the relief I receive from these visits (every other week, 60 mins). My massage therapist is genuinely compassionate and caring, with many years of experience; able to 'sense' the pain, knots, and tension that lie below, often without me having to say a word. I feel invigorated, yet completely relaxed, by the time I leave. I also appreciate that my appointments have only been rescheduled three times in the past five years ... very reliable, which is important to me, since I rely on these visits to relieve pain. In addition to having a variety of top-notch massage therapists available seven days a week, they also have multiple locations. And while a membership is not required -- you just pay the standard industry rate -- their membership prices were SO fair I couldn't find a reason not to join ... and you can still take advantage of the non-member holiday specials, too. Just walking into Massage Heights is a relaxing experience -- it's quiet, the simple contemporary design is peaceful, the subtle scent of essential oils is pleasant, and the gentle sound of water trickling through the water feature is relaxing. Manager Chase is extremely unprofessional! I have attempted to file a complaint against Employee Orlando and the Manager, Chase literally hid in the back office and refused to come out and acknowledge my complaint. Manager Chase had his new "Employee" still in training, lie for him as he refused to speak with me. I've been a member at this location for over 5 years! This is absolutely disgusting. Well first off, the waiting area is nice with great ambiance, some bowls with mints, etc. My therapist went over trouble areas with me prior to the massage to find out where I wanted to focus. She was very upfront with what to expect, I am not an unrealistic person so I knew that only having one massage my entire life I wasn't expecting a miracle. She made me feel comfortable, again the rooms were clean, and the ambiance was relaxing. I almost fell asleep. She was attentive to what I was experiencing, asking questions about pressure, if it was too much, if there was an area that she hit where I felt it more. Overall, it was a great experience for my first visit and I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back and plan on it. read more

This one star is not for the Massage therapist. The massage therapist I go to monthly Josie is amazing. That is why I travel almost an hour to go to this location. The one star is for the clerical staff. If you sign up monthly for massages and have specific terms of when funds should be debuted from your account then why does the company just debit from your account when they choose too? Each month between my massage and fees from my bank my massages is really expensive . This is a chain business. The owner of this location definitely needs to look to the corporate office for some training tools for his or her staffing or get more involved. The massage was great just disappointed with the process over all. This was a first time visit and probably my only visit since my husband was traveling for work. I arrived 20 minutes before my appt to fill out paper work. Staff was friendly but it was a little annoying that after I turned in my paper work which clearly states my address the receptionist still encouraged me to join the membership plan. He didn't ask where I was from or why I was even there. Had he asked those key questions, then it would have been obvious not to invite me to be part of the monthly membership. The other thing I was disappointed with is even though I was early I was not called back till 10 minutes after the start of my appt. Then my massage therapist ended early. I paid for a 90 minute massage and was looking forward to a long massage. So I felt cheated of my time. My massage therapist was man and did an excellent job. Very attentive to my needs and concerns. Aaron is the most amazing massage therapist I've ever had. I had been suffering from a shoulder injury and going to physical therapy. I had very limited mobility which was slowly improving. After my 1st massage my mobility was greatly improved. I'm so grateful that he was able to speed up the heeling process. I can't recommend him highly enough, the man is truly gifted. Additionally, I tried Dynamic Cupping for the 1st time and I had incredible results. A large lipoma on my back went away on the 1st visit. It has decreased my intense muscle spasms by about 90%, which I've been suffering from for over a decade. The reception staff has always been polite and helpful. read more

This updated review is LONG OVERDUE. After my initial review the owner and I spoke multiple times over the course of a month or so. She really listened to all my complaints and concerns and I truly felt listened to and cared about. She recommended a few new therapist for both my husband and I and we have been seeing these therapists ever since! I see Aaron and my husband sees Brenda. We haven't had any major issues since any visit following my last review and I'm hoping it stays that way! All I ask is that if/when Aaron or Brenda leave (because let's face it- someday they might) I just hope to be paired with a therapist similar to their abilities. Needed a massage so bad went here as a last resort. AWFUL. Who gives a massage while sitting on a stool???? She wasn't handicapped at least I didn't think so she walked in and out normally just not good at all. My friend was with me didn't enjoy her service either. I've been going to Massage Heights for many many years and while I don't always use the same therapist (Last minute scheduling due to my life), I am generally always happy with my massage. Pretty good first experience. Went there with my mom for mother's day, after having a bad experience with another well-known massage chain. The staff were friendly and the massage therapists were great - clearly professional and well-trained. I was especially grateful for Amber, who was my mom's therapist, as she seemed to communicate well with my mother who speaks broken English and is sometimes skittish about going into a new salon. My mother really enjoyed her experience. I received a massage from Arturo and he was wonderful. Especially loved the way he worked my feet and hands - extremities that I don't think typically get enough attention from massage therapists. read more

I originally came here because the first time price was unbeatable! After my massage I got tricked into getting a membership because the girl told me I could cancel my membership at any time.. which I found out 3 months later was a lie and now I'm stuck with it for a year minimum. I can say I probably would of got the membership anyway, I just shouldn't of been lied to. It's wrong.. But I can still give this place a 4 star because Carmelita gives me the best massages I've EVER had. I can't wait to see her every month. So yes, ask for her!!! She will change your life!
