There should be someone at the front desk at all times to assist with that and other staff to assist customers without interruptions. They did a great job on our massage. I did enjoy it. Now when we went to pay for our service which was $130 my husband gave her $140 in cash as he did not have any more cash on him. But I did. As I was digging in my purse to get some cash for a tip she tell my husband I work very hard this is not a tip. I said what she say?She points to her sign that says $20 with emoji and $30 tip emoji this is a tip, because we work non stop. I immediately said no you didn't you stopped on me twice which I did not like and I was going to give you more but now you said that you not getting anything extra because you don't determine what we give you. This my money. She say come on you need to give more. Yall I was shocked. I then told her we'll give me the $10 back. She hurried up and put it away and told us to just go get out because she got other customers waiting. She was saying way more talking to us as she was very upset. She was very aggressive, rude and ungrateful. I have experienced massage places and nail salons staff come up front to see how much you give for a tip but the rudeness from her was unacceptable and she was trying to make me go to jail based on her behavior towards me. We literally went to a nail shop before coming there in Vegas and just tipped my nail tech $25 for the service I received so tipping not an issue for me. I always tip even for deliveries to my house with Walmart, DoorDash etc. My advice to this business stop expecting people to give you a tip. It's not required. As long as their service is paid for then don't expect anything. People work hard for their money and don't have to tip $1 if they don't want too. Stop reacting and move on. It's part of life and it's part of life. Do better next time with the next customer. Don't stop during service and hire more staff because if I got my full experience you may have gotten that $30 tip, maybe $25. Take some Business classes at a community college or go on YouTube to learn proper etiquette on how to treat customers and provide excellent customers service.

First off- I specifically requested for a hard massage both in email and paper form that I filled out while there. The lady that brought me into the massage room wasn't the same lady that massaged me. Since we went over the forms and type of massage. It was a noticeably older, very thin lady, who I had a feeling wasn't going to be able to massage me hard enough. Sure enough, it wasn't. She asked once if I was ok, and I replied "Yes, and can you massage harder, if possible please". Knowing she was older and tried her best, I remained polite the entire massage. Even though she never asked me again, Secondly- Since the place is next to an animal grooming business. I kept hearing dogs barking, echoing through-out the massage.
